Abstract:Aiming at analyzing the personnel status of equipment management department in hospital, identifying the existing problems and proposing solutions, through analyzing personnel status of equipment management department in the current domestic hospital, and combining with the actual situation of the hospital, we put forward reform proposals. The results show that the hospital does not pay much attention to the sector development of equipment management, the discipline construction, the staffing, and the continuing education. The paper draws the conclusion that hospitals need to fully understand the importance of device management, personnel access system improving, the management of continuing education; at the same time, hospitals make use of hospital culture to propel the development of device management to make it better serve for clinical work.
