Abstract:Through analyzing the TCM classical work Nanjing.The description about anatomy and physiology of TCM viscera Pi demostrate that Pi is actual the integration of pancreas and spleen.The description of viscera in Nanjing is cohere with classic TCM Five agents theory.The central tenets of Pi's anatomy and physiology is pancreas in Nanjing and Huangdi Neijing.In Sui Tang periods to Ming period,the theory of Pi related to spleen evolved.
