The status and quality analysis of evidence-base clinical guidelines on grade 0 diabetic foot

Abstract:Objective To explore the status of the clinical evidence-based guidelines on grade 0 diabetic foot and evaluate the quality of guidelines.Methods Through the search of 5 websites of internal and external guidance,strict inclusion criteria were included in the guide.Three evaluators used the clinical guide research and evaluation tool independently to evaluate the quality of the guidelines and conduct a consistent analysis the evaluation results of guide evaluators.Results The study retrieved 42 guidelines and eventually included 9 guidelines.The evaluation results of 3 evaluators showed that the correlation coefficient was above 0.6.The 9 guidelines were above 4 points in general evaluations of the clinical guide research and system evaluation,with 2 guidelines reaching 7 points.In 6 areas,the standardized scores of the guidelines were above 50％.Conclusion The included guidelines are published in English by foreign institutions,and there is a lack of guidelines for clinical evidence-based practice in China.Some of the included guidelines have higher overall quality and higher level of evidence,nursing staff could use the guidelines according to the clinical situation.
