Abstract:Objective:Discuss somatostatin in gastrointestinal cancer after surgery early inflammatory ileus clinical treatment effect and application value. Methods:Choose in our gastrointestinal tract tumor early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction in 58 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group using conventional western medicine treatment, treatment group in the control group based on the combined use of somatostatin in treatment, observe two groups of clinical curative effect. Results:Observe the effect of treatment group is better than the control group, after statistics analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Observation group in the gastrointestinal decompression and anal exhaust time were superior to control group, after statistics analysis was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine therapy combined with somatostatin treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal tumor curative effect significantly, can effectively help the celiac inflammation subsidise, promote gastrointestinal recovery, to vigorously promote the use in clinic.
