Abstract:AbstrcatIt is a key for using the integrated methods in relation to nature,economy and society rehabilitates sustainable development in ecologically critical regions that degraded environment.With the increasing of population and resources demand,human dimension have been becoming the main reason resulting in environmental changes.When human being takes the resource goods from environment,it also changes the functional structure of environment.In the process of interaction between human and nature,any excessive output taken away by human from the nature results in not only the ecological degradation of resources,but also the structural change of landscape ecology.In fact,the relationship between human and nature,as a whole system,always runs according to the law of ecological function in the total.The carrying capacity of resources and environment will determine the relationship between human and nature.Therefore,in ecologically critical regions as a type of natural region,with the main characteristic of social and economic poverty because of the scarcity in natural resources,the only way of sustainable development is proving the resource basic continually.Through the ecological reconstruction made by human being according to landscape ecology,the supply of resources from the environment increases.Then,the local people modulate the industrial structure accordingly in the form of industrialization.Ecological industrialization is a form of organization in the process bringing the model of ecological reconstruction and industrial modulation into effect.The purpose in practice is forming a new system in the local society and economy,being cooperated with the system of market economy.
