Abstract:Human history has gone through three stages of development,including primitive civilization,agricultural civilization,and indus-trial civilization.As productivity and production tools improve by leaps and bounds,material conditions and social relations have undergone great changes,which have also brought a series of glo-bal problems such as resource shortage,climate change,ecosystem degradation and the sharp decline in biodiversity[1].In the con-text of globalization,whether it is aimed to solve the crisis of bio-diversity loss and ecosystem degradation,or to deal with increasingly complex international political and economic issues,it is necessary to rethink and transcend traditional civilizations from the perspective of the continuation of human civilization,so as to form a value consensus of human society.Transcending industrial civilization,ecological civilization will correct the erro-neous idea of conquering and transforming nature,and emphasize the coordination of the relationship between human and nature,which is a major achievement of human social progress[2].
