Study on the Land Intensive Use Models in High Urbanization Region

Abstract:According to the characteristics of land use in high urbanization region of urban suburb area,the urban land intensive use models are discussed,the concept and connotation of urban landintensive use are analyzed,and the countermeasures of land intensive use in development zone of western developed countries are introduced.Three urban land use models including the model of old city reconstruction,the model of moving to the suburb and the model of city village reconstruction are summarized and reveiwed briefly.The connotations of structure type and ecotype urbanland intensive use are anzlyzed in New District,Wuxi.The goals of structure type and ecotype urban construction land intensive use are put forward.The countermeasures of building up the structure type and ecotype urban construction land intensive use models are discussed.
