Abstract:With the development of soccer robots, application of embedded real-time operating system (RTOS) in the control system of robots is attracting more and more considerable attention for meeting the increased requirements of complexity and real time. A control system of intelligent robocup was developed, which was based on the embedded RTOS of MicroC/OS-II and the digital signal processing (DSP) chip of TMS320F2407. It adopted the control algorithm of PPLID available in the literature. This control system is superior in computation, control and real-time performance.

Abstract:Based on advanced Microprocessors MPC8260 and real-time operating system VxWorks, a high-performance embedded computing control platfonn is proposed to meet the increased requirements of complexity and real time in intelligent control systems. DSP array and FPGA is also designed for high-speed parallel signal processing. This platfonn can be used in communication, intelligent robot, military aircrafts, radar and medical imaging instruments etc.

Abstract:The mobile microrobot has a biped structure with four joints, driven by four DC-motors. The two legs of the microrobot are supported by the electromagnetic feet that provide the robot with the ability to walk on the horizontal and vertical electromagnetic surface. DSP motor controllers provide the unique on-chip peripherals and computational power needed to implement multimotor control applications. This paper presents a detailed description of the controller design for the mobile microrobot using a single LF2407 DSP chip. Finally, the fuzzy control strategy is given.

Abstract:Traditional motion controllers for robots make use of PC and motion control board,which cost much.This article presents a generic motion control system,which saves cost.DPRAM implemented in FPGA is used to transmit data between DSP and upper computer.FPGA also converts data from serial to parallel and simplify the routing of board.The algorithm of curve interpolation and inverse kinematics is simulated on DSP.The result shows that this system works properly and the speed of each axis changes smoothly.

Abstract:Aiming at the peculiarity that the Robot Soccer must be controlled fleetly,agilely and steadily,this paper presents the design of Robot Soccer's circuit system.The core of the circuit is TMS320LF2407A,a DSP.The circuit system control and drive the motors in a speed-position dual-loops control mode,depending on the wireless command and sensor signal of itselves.This paper also presents the design of the dribbling system and kicking system.The RoboCup matches.testified that the circuit system works steadily,it can fulfill the requirement of the robot's functions and acquire well control,capability.

Abstract:The DSP(Digital Signal Processor) have got extensive application in the realtime control system because of its rapid instruction processing.This paper proposes a means of controlling the floopy driver based on the TMS320LF2407 of the TI Corp., provides the circuit architecture of the floppy control system, and develops the software with C language . The system completes all kinds of functions of the floppy and the file access function based on the FAT12 file system.

Abstract:The paper presents the configuration of control board based on DSP TMS320F2812,which is used in motion control system,discusses some details in the designing hardware and programming with C language,and finally,provides experimental results of the system.Great attention has been paid to specialties of TMS320F2812 power supply system and A/D modle in hardware.C language program is used for designing the software.It is of benefit to modularization,mainte-nance and transplant of software by usage of DSP′s high operation ability and its variant internal and external resources.Parts of experimental results show the feasibility of design.

Abstract:This paper describes a mobile robot platform built entirely from commercial components.We use an ARM processor to design the control system because of its high-speed performance and its low power consumption.A vision system and a supervisor PC system are implemented to facilitate vision-based multiple robot coordination.The design explicitly aims at enabling research in robot navigation,multi-robot coordination,and distributed robotics.Future research directions using the mobile robot platform are outlined.

Abstract:In this paper, a fully autonomous humanoid robot distribution motion control system is designed. The underlying control unit of the control system uses dual DSP as the main processor and FPGA control block as the DSP peripheral complex decoding circuitry and the multiplier and the phase discriminator. First of all, the design process of the processor's peripheral devices and the feedback loop are given. Then, a self-adjusting PID control strategy based fuzzy rules was proposed with the cutting-edge control theory. Moreover, the results of the MATLAB simulation show that the control system can be integrated in the robot's body, and has a clear level and flexible structure. As a result, the control system will play an active role in the further development of the whole autonomous humanoid robots.

Abstract:The design of intelligent robot is based on ARM microprocessor and AVR microcontroller which control Four-wheel drive robot. The design of the intelligent robot includes system design, the hardware design and software design. The core of master controller is composed of the processor which is S3C2440A belonging to ARM9 series and peripheral equipments of master controller consist of tracing module, sensor detection module, CMOS camera module, Wi-Fi wireless module and so on. Driving circuit uses ATmega16L, which is high-performance and low-power AVR 8-bit microcontroller, to control DC motor for speed governing and steering. Intelligent robot, using the operating system of Linux and based on PID algorithm of the C programming language, has realized automatic tracing, intelligent obstacle avoidance, temperature detection, image acquisition, wireless communications, and other functions. Intelligent robot is characteristic of flexible design, accurate control and stable operation.
