Abstract:The functional design and realizing mode of the check in station software of 60 Co container inspection sytem are illustrated in this article. Check in station plays an important role in 60 Co container inspection system. It undertakes the tasks of inputting the container′s relative information, flow control of containers waiting for inspections and the information trasfer. Of all the information of check in station inputs, the customs declaration or the encasement declaration is the main informations to be input. In this software, they are input by scanner and the control module of scanner is programmed according to Twain criterion. As Twain criterion is generally followed by image industry, this software has high generality and facility independence.

Abstract:This information intercourse system (IICS) is designed for the news intercourse among TV stations and modernization of network and information management in the TV station. Firewall and double-server structure are used in hardware; in software, tech- nologies such as WEB, MIS and database synchronization are adopted. The whole system is completed with the help of the guideline of software engineering. A design for the system is introduced in detail, stating some key technologies using in system realization, and also having a study on some main problems in system realization.

Abstract:The paper concerns in the structure and performance of~(60)Co container CT inspection system. Radiation source and detector was fixed on a ring connected with the kickstand by large gear. The radiation source and detector can roll around object,and the object is moved through inspected tunnel by roller conveyer. The system can do DR inspection for object from any direction and do CT inspection for air container. Inspection ability of this system is higher than that of present inspection systems. Besides, this system can determine materiel substance in object based on the correlation between grey scale and materiel density.

Abstract:Co γ ray container inspection system is an initiatory high tech equipment which inspects large containers without opening it by using 60 Co as ray source. By designing reasonable data transfer flow and adopting such advanced technique as Windows Socket, the data transfer subsystem of this system realies the reliable transfer of data, correct conjunction of container’s scan image and informationof the corresponding container, and the reasonable assignment of the conjunct images among image checking stations. This subsystem is illustrated in this article.

Abstract:Aiming at the questions existed in the simulating test of shield tunnelling machine, a condition monitoring system of simulator test rig for shield tunnelling machine was designed using common configuration software “Kingview”, and the structure characteristics of hardware and software were also analyzed. The human machine interface of condition monitoring system was developed and designed, and the design idea was also expounded in detail. The experimental results show that the designed condition monitoring system has good operation performance and high security, which has been applied in the simulator tunnelling successfully.

Abstract:The progress made on the 60Co container inspection system in China since 1999 is illustrated. The pictures from a fixed type scanner at Mawei station, including one real smuggling case, are shown. The construction and performances of a moving gantry scanner (re-locatable system), a mobile scanner and the train inspection system are explained. A new type of container inspection apparatus—60Co container CT, is presented. This new system will be a much stronger weapon against terrorists and smugglers.

Abstract:According to current situation of the ship automation and ship building industry in China,the necessity to research and to develop integrated ship control system is analyzed in this paper.The structure of ship control system and the disadvantages of the traditional control system are introduced.Then a design plan of control system based on distributed control units is proposed and analyzed.Finally,based on the Supcon Web Field ECS-100,a simulation system of integrated ship control is implemented.Test results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the design plan.

Abstract:This paper presents a mobile 60Co container inspection system (CIS) and its performance. With all devices including industrial 60Co source, high sensitive gas-ionized array detector, image treatment and control system, inspection driving device on a vehicle, the vehicle mobile CIS has advantages of high agility and climate resistance, and it can complete emergent inspection. The mobile CIS contains equipment-vehicle and control-vehicle. Equipment-vehicle and object-container are still, while a folding detector gantry is moving through a folding rail on the equipment-vehicle and completes the inspection. The mobile CIS has the inspection characteristics similar to the fixed system and it can be used in worse circumstances. Its CI (Contrast Indicator) and IQI (Image Quality Indicator) for 100 mm steel plate attain to 0.5 % and 2.5 % respectively, and the SP (Space Penetration) is about 240 mm (Fe). Maximum dose per scanning is about 5 μ. Gy, scanning speed is varied from 6 to 18 m/min, and maximum transformational speed is 90 km/h.

Abstract:A software system based on C/S structure is developed for monitoringγ radiation around Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant. The key technology of the system is described and the man functions of the software, including data inputting, data storing, data processing and data displaying, are introduced in this article. It is demonstrated that such software system could derive real-time data from monitoring stations accurately and steadily. The software system can improve the management level and management efficiency of the Environmental Radiation Monitoring department.
