Discussions on Tasks of Universities for Cultivating Innovative Talents

Abstract:Universities are important base to cultivate innovative talents in the innovation-oriented country strategy.Universities and teachers shoulder this historical mission.The responsibilities and tasks of universities and teachers for cultivating innovative talents were discussed.The necessities of innovating teaching content or method and conceiving humanistic education or general education in classroom education were emphasized.The requirements of universities' innovative education about the whole teacher teams and individuals' ability,moreover,the importance in constructing modest cultivating environment,were pointed out.
