Research on Cultivating Innovative Talents Through Innovation Experiment of College Students

Abstract:Based on the college student innovation experiment program,this paper aims at solving the problems appeared in cultivation of creative talents,and puts forward students-centred and teachers-guided training mode of innovative thinking to stimulate students' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity. Besides,the paper proposes several reform measures for the cultivation of college student' innovative practical ability in the new background,by guaranteeing the quality in project setting,promoting sustainable innovation projects,optimizing the teaching staff and improving the mechanism of assessment. These measures can urge students to think actively,autonomously declare project,encourage teachers to give full play to the guiding role,cultivate students from theoretical study to the direction of scientific research and innovation,carry out institutionalized and standardized managements to evaluate project results,and thereby it improves the teaching quality of higher education.
