Abstract:The current problems existed in chemical engineers training system were analyzed.Combined with the background of outstanding engineers education, the necessity and approaches of training the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of excellent engineers were elaborated by optimizing practice teaching.To improve the innovation ability of chemical outstanding engineers, the main measures were discussed from the subjective and objective factors.
