Abstract:A fuzzy controller of the winding/unwinding control system used in jig-dyeing machine is introduced, which is superior to the one with conventional optimal PID controller in convergence speed and stability. Its mathematical model and transfer function are presented based on mechanism of the winding/unwinding control system. Simulation of the fuzzy controller carried out in the MATLAB (Simulink) environment proves that the control system based on fuzzy controller is superior in quality, precision and operation to a conventional optimal PID controller. The outlined experimental results also show the effectiveness and the robustness of the fuzzy PID controller in good dynamic performance, high robustness to parameter variation and disturbance.

Abstract:Aiming at the color yellow, darker or burnt problems generated in tea carding, by the analysis of tea carding technology, tempera-ture control, fuzzy algorithm and fuzzy-PID control technology, fuzzy algorithm and fuzzy-PID control technology was applied in tea carding machine control system. A design of tea carding machine double fuzzy control system based on fuzzy algorithm, fuzzy-PID control technology, and STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller was presented. Simulations about traditional PID control system and double fuzzy control system were made in Matlab, and also the experiments about the both systems on 6CLZ-60 tea carding machine were done. The results indicate that the parameters which output by this control system are ideal of tea carding, the temperature departure is less then 1 ℃. The double fuzzy control system for tea carding machine can reduce the human factors in the process of tea-making, improve the quality or tea carding and the intelligent level of the machine for tea-making.

Abstract:As a new kind of NC saw machine,milling flying saw has a great market prospect in pipe processing lines.The principle of suppressing vibration by milling with varying milling parameters was introduced to guide a better design of the control system of the milling flying saw.By applying different processing parameters,such as feed rate and spindle speed,the forced vibration and chatter were suppressed effectively during the processing.The processing quality and efficiency were also improved.

Abstract:Master-slave multi-microcomputer control system based on PC-BUS for hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning on machine, mainly its overall scheme, software and hardware construction, is introduced. Spinning experiments show that the system achieves satisfactory result. This system can solve the difficulties of fusion between hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning machine and its microcomputer control.

Abstract:In the new fiber carding machine,the roller is a key component which determines the success or failure of the equipment.By analyzing the roller′s supporting form,structure characteristic,motion law,the sinusoidal in the axial stress and torsional loads are simplified to constant axial compression and torsional loads,and the mechanical model of the roller is obtained.The deflection and internal stress formulas are derived and studied using non-moment theory of cylindrical shells,and the minimum thickness under constraint of deflection,stability and strength is obtained,and the conclusion of the reinforcement is not necessary is indicated.The practices indicate that the analysis is correct and efficient,and it has reference significance for similar component design.

Abstract:Based on the reliable function and simple design,taking good advantages of the advanced controller and control technology,a loom machine system design based on ARM is presented in this paper,which uses S3CEV40 of EMBEST Company as a centre part and functional models as periphery,making up of the hardware part and composed according to the technical procedure.The IO expandance based on CPLD make the whole system flexible and powerful.Motor driver module is another major component of this system.It adopts ARM chip-based frequency vector control strategy.In software,it servo controls motor in interrupt mode.It is turned out to be reliable in function and simple in implement by practice.

Abstract:Aiming at solving such problems as low speed and big noise associated with the pneumatic sample weaving loom,this paper presents a new type of sample weaving machine with five-axis driving,whose movements of opening,weft insertion,beating,let-off and take-up are driven by independent motors.The control system includes PC and five-axis linkage system based on the PLC.The five-axis linkage system's structure,working principle,working process,motor control,as well as hardware and software design ideas are introduced.The application shows that the new type of electrical sample weaving machine has a lot of advantages such as stable operation,low noise and high-speed,and the quality of the produced cloth has been remarkably improved.This control system and machine have practical application value.

Abstract:Influenced by scaling?off cutting, to the mass produced rods and steel tube blank, the phenomena of burr and flashing are found. If the parts are processed by manual chamfering and lathe, it is tremendously labor intensive and low efficiency. To solve the problem, an efficient double?headed automatic chamfering machine was designed based on PLC control. The structural components of the chamfering machine were introduced , the gas?liquid control diagram and the electric control schematic figure including the flow chart of software programming were described in detail. The practices have proven productivity and end quality are improved greatly be?cause the chamfering machine can be used to realize double end continuous processing although loading once.

Abstract:For the shortcomings now existing in the electronic controlled yarn-guiding system,a new yarn-guiding program was proposed based on the servo control technology and crank-link mechanism of machinery.A mathematical model of the motor motion is established by analyzing the principle of motion of crank-link mechanism,so as to control the servo motor to make variable motion and finally realize to-and-fro guiding based on fulfilling the requirements of anti-overlapping,hard-edge and flange prevention.The system uses PLC as the core,carries out real-time monitoring of the rotation angle of the motor,changes the motor speed step-by-step,and ensures that the guide bar moves steadily.This system offers such benefits as fast running speed,good adaption,simple machinery structure,low production cost and good yarn-guiding effect,and has been brought into use.

Abstract:According to the problem of electronic jacquard in practical production,such as high energy consumption resulting in cost increase and low reliability of long distance transmission,a new electronic jacquard controller design method is introduced to reduce cost,improve efficiency and increase reliability of long distance transmission.The controller is based on MCU and modular design.In this controller,U-disk is used to store pattern files,and feedback-calibrated differential signals are used to drive solenoid value on needle -lifting mechanism.Keyboard and LCD provide a friendly interface for users.Meanwhile a design of signal transmission and drive based on optical fiber communication is introduced to lay a good foundation for electronic jacquard upgrade.In practical application, the controller has a good performance on stability,anti-electromagnetic interference and long distance transmission.With high cost-effective, the controller can reduce cost and increase revenue for small and medium textile enterprises.

Abstract:Sealing machines of existing automobile fuel tanks mostly adopt manual control which results in poor universality, low productivity and big machining errors, worst of all, the production quality is difficult to be guaranteed. Therefore, a new type of sealing machine at higher automation level is developed. The application of PLC and touch screen used to control the linkage of three servo motors realizes automatic control of the sealing machine and improves versatility and productivity, In addition, the product quality is guaranteed with the technique of machining at a constant linear velocity.

Abstract:Traditional control system of seeds processing machine still rests on the stage of electrical control and manual manipulation which doesn ’ s have enough parameters to monitor and control , so its stability , reliability and control effect can’t meet the previous guideposts[1-2].In addition, traditional machine’s man-machine interactive interface is sim-plex, behindhand and discommodious .It’ s difficult for users to operate equipments expediently [3] .This article intro-duces an intelligent control system of seeds wind-screening machine based on ARM .New type HMI touch screen could afford users a humanized human-machine interactive interface and wireless module allows users to control the machine from different angles.Enough control parameters ensure that automatic control of seeds processing machine could be rea lized .Practice indicates that this system is reliable and pragmatic and has a very good user experience which has been applied to seeds wind-screening machine succesfully .
