Abstract:After publication of the article (Tian et al. 2018), it has been brought to our attention that the date included in the caption of Figure 3 is incorrect. The caption states that the photographs were taken on “July 20, 2013” but they were in fact taken on “Sept 30, 2015”.

Abstract:In the caption of Figure 2 in the published article, the time “30 minute” in the first sentence is mistakenly written as “10 minute.” A corrected caption of Figure 2 has been provided here. In the caption of Figure 4 of the published article, the last sentence is “From left to right, the vertical dashed lines correspond to 1 hr, 30 minutes, and 10 minutes, respectively.” However, there are no vertical dashed lines. Abstract:Due to a coding error, the top left panel of Figure 2 is in error. Consequently, tens of bars of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are required to render an atmosphere optically thick to Rayleigh scattering. However, this error does not propagate into the calculation of the eclipse depths. The key conclusions of the study remain unchanged.
