On Interests Coordination of Socialist Harmonious Society

Abstract:Since the beginning of reform and opening-up, the diverse interest bodies and interest groups have appeared in our country, caused a major adjustment in the interests of the people and brought about great changes. The Fourth Plenum of the 16th CPC put forward the goal of building a socialist harmonious society. How to coordinate the various interests is the key issue to build a socialist harmonious society. The paper emphatically analyzes the prominent contradictions and the questions between the Party and the masses, the cadres and masses as well as the labor and the management, and points out that, to coordinate well the various aspects of the interest relations, the key is to establish and perfect the interests assignment, balanced and coordinated mechanism, realizing society's fair and justness. Therefore, we need to constantly strengthen the integration of multiple interests, and enhance coordination of interest bodies and social development.
