Abstract:This paper has firstly discussed the relevant concepts of library knowledge transfer.Based on analyzing the major influence factors of library knowledge transfer,then it has brought knowledge, knowledge sources,knowledge receivers,transfer medias and the distance of the knowledge sources and receivers into the model of knowledge transfer.Moreover this paper has studied the model of library knowledge transfer by detailing them in order to improve service model of university library,fully satisfy the fundamental demands of readers,make them find and obtain all the resources.

Abstract:The creation and transfer of knowledge are a basis of competitive advantage in firms.This article generalizes and integrates the extant literatures examining the knowledge transfer.It analyzes the connotation of knowledge,the definition of knowledge transfer,and the theoretical basis and perspectives,process,domain,measurement and evaluation of knowledge transfer.Based on the review,the paper proposes some limitations and future orientations,and specifies the further directions of knowledge transfer.

Abstract:The concept of social capital now is the key to individual and organizational success throughout the twenty-first century. It is the stock of accumulated resources that one can access based on the relationships that can aid or be leveraged in accomplishing an end or furthering a pursuit. This study considers how the social capital affects knowledge transfer. First, presents the theoretical background of social capital. Second, we address how the three dimensions of social capital influence the transfer of knowledge. The results indicate that both structural dimension, relational dimension, cognitive dimension ease knowledge transfer.

Abstract:Knowledge is a crucial resource in developing sustainable competitive advantage for a firm. This paper examines the impact of knowledge characteristics and knowledge transfer mechanisms on implication of performance. Building on a dynamic perspective, we develop three proportions to indicate the relationship. These results show that knowledge differs in characteristics and so do the available transfer mechanism. There is a fit between the mechanism of transfer and the specific knowledge characteristics. And the misfit patterns may cause loss of knowledge in the process of transmission or may involve unnecessarily high communication costs, this can impair the performance of the organization.

Abstract:Based on the current research of binary classification on knowledge transfer,since explicit and tacit knowledge are mutually tolerated in the real life,and knowledge transfer is a process in which the explicit and tacit knowledge intimately mingle together.Therefore the simply binary classification may not be proper and a new perspective to explore the pattern of knowledge transfer based on an IT platform is needed.Through a case study on the off-site audit system of China Construction Bank,a model for auditing knowledge transfer based on the commercial bank's off-site audit system is constructed,the characteristics and advantages of the pattern of knowledge transfer based on an IT platform are analyzed,the obstacles during the implementation are pointed out and some relevant measures are put forward.

Abstract:A new analytical framework and method for the knowledge transfer in an organization is put forward.First,the concept and analytical framework for the successful knowledge transfer is proposed,and then,the concept of the knowledge transfer level and knowledge transfer efficiency is given.The knowledge transfer level and efficiency from different dimensions are also classified and discussed.Based on the above analyses,mathematical models of the knowledge transfer are constructed and computational formulae for the knowledge transfer level and efficiency are presented.
