Abstract:In application of fuzzy PID control,the paper designed a new servo system for permanent magnet synchronous motor.In the proposed scheme,DSP TMS320F2809 was used as the controlling center and IPM was designed as the hardware foundation.The control system uses the classic double-loop structure,the current loop is vector control strategy and the position loop is self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller.In the traditional PID control system,when the PMSM fast startup or shutdown,accelerate or decelerate,it always shows up high overshoot or slow dynamic response problems.By experimental testing and comparing,it is proved that this controlling system can provide significant improvement on these problems.

Abstract:For realizing the movement of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor (PM SLM) without position sensor, take the motor’s three-phase voltage and current as the input signals and use TM S320F2812 DSP to calculate the mover’s position of PMSLM, which is regarded as the feedback signal of control system. On the basis of hardware functions of DSP and the method of calculating the mover’s position of PMSLM,the design of system hardware frame and software flow is completed.

Abstract:The high-accuracy trajectory tracking pneumatic position servo system proposed in this paper mainly consists of a cylinder which is controlled by a proportional directional control value. Due to there exist large extent of parametric uncertainties and severe uncertain nonlinearities in the pneumatic system, an adaptive robust control strategy was constructed, which employs on-line recursive least squares estimation to reduce the extent of parametric uncertainties, and utilizes the sliding mode control method to attenuate the effects of parameter estimation errors, unmodeled dynamics and disturbances. Since the system model uncertainties are unmatched, the recursive backstepping design technology was applied. After the control strategy validated on dSPACE control system, was transplanted into DSP controller. Experimental results were presented to illustrate the excellent achievable performance of the controller.

Abstract:An embedded pneumatic servo DSP controller was designed in view of the deficiency of the existing embedded pneumatic servo controller software.The model of proportional direction valve controlled cylinder system was established, which adopted adaptive robust control strategy designed by back-stepping method.Online parameter estimation improved the tracking precision further in steady state.Control algorithm design and simulation was conducted in the tool of MATLAB/Simulink based on Model Based Design method.The controller software could be generated automatically and rapidly after series of model transformation, and was combined with DSP hardware driver and PC monitor.Control software experiments were conducted to verify the performance.Results showed that the pneumatic DSP servo controller trajectory tracking control error was within 5%, and the duration of control was up to 1 ms.

Abstract:A digital servo system based on MC56F8357 is presented in this paper. The system principle, hardware and software architectures of the AC servo drives are introduced. By utilizing field oriented control (FOC), space vector PWM (SVPWM), DC bus ripple compensation, digital PI regulating with correction of the integral term and anti-hunt processing control strategies, the hardware and software of the servo system are implemented. Abstract:This paper presents a method of designing the position servo controller of BLDCM using DSP as the CPU.In this design, three loops of position, speed and current PID control strategy is adopted, among which the position loop employs the nonlinear PID control.Considering the specificities of the system and loads, the traditional bipolar PWM control is improved in order to increase the sensitivity of the system.Moreover, the controller communicates with the computer through a special chip.Therefore, the digital transmission between the controller and external is realized.Finally, the rationality and validity of the design is verified by the experimental results.

Abstract:The permanent magnet synchronous servo system simulation model was established,based on the principle of vector control,with Id = 0 control manner,in Matlab/Simulink environment.In order to accurately simulate the actual system,add the dead zone and achieve the effect of discrete control in the simulation model.PMSM parameters of the simulation are all in accordance with the parameters of the actual motor manual.For controller,according to the traditional engineering method,figure out the parameters of current and speed loop regulator,respectively.But in development of the model and analysis of the simulation results,find 2 problems of simulation system:1)differences between simulink its own coordinate transformation module and theoretical formula,including the differences of select parameters and reference angle;2) due to problem of simulation step,the responses of discrete control system have a concussion in a certain degree.For the above-mentioned problems a detailed analysis was carried out.Finally the simulation waveform is very close to the actual system.

Abstract:To design a high performance speed servo controller for PMSM,a method based on adaptive backstepping is proposed.Based on the mathematical model of PMSM,and for the purpose of speed tracking,the PMSM system is divided into several sub-systems.Lyapunov functions and middle virtual control variables are designed for them,and finally actual controller voltage is designed.In order to attenuate negative effects on system performance caused by parametric uncertainty and load disturbances,adaptive strategy is adopted.The simulation results by suing Matlab show that controller has good steady state accuracy and dynamic performance.

Abstract:The permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has been widely used in many accurate servo control systems for its excellent qualities.However,PMSM is complicated for its significant nonlinear coupling between its phase currents and velocity,and the model uncertainty of PMSM has an important effect on the accuracy of controller.To solve the problems,firstly,an ac servo system based on PID controller is built,and then a high-performance position servo system for PMSM based on auto disturbance rejection controller(ADRC) is presented and the model of the controller has been established.Comparing with the PID controller,the simulation results prove the high-performance of position tracking and robustness of the servo control system.

Abstract:This paper designs a control system platform based on TMS320F2812 DSP, which has high-performance and lower-power-cost, and completes the software and hardware design in robot soccer control system. The system includes current and speed closed loops. Fuzzy decision-making and modified PID algorithms are used in the software, which can meet the goal of accuracy motion control on DC servo motor. Although the design has simple structure, it can achieve a high performance motion control.

Abstract:The design of four-channel BLDCM position servo controller based on dual-DSP is presented.Considering the specialties of system and load,the measures such as digital filter,nonlinear PID and improved bipolar PWM control wre employed.The nonlinear PID is a method in which the PID parameters of the position loop were stepwise treated ac-cording to the preset and feedback position signals.The improved bipolar PWM control strategy is to improve the traditional bipolar PWM control and to resolve the problems such as the lower sensitivity of the system.Through the special communi-cation chip,the controller gets the preset position signals from the upper computer and then returns the position feedback signals.Therefore,the digital transmission between the controller and external is realized.The rationality and validity of the design is verified by the experimental results.

Abstract:As a novel nonlinear control, backstepping is applied to the position tracking controller design of PMSM servo system. The design rule of backstepping makes the system global ultimate asymptotical stabilization(GUAS). The controller not only makes the system GUAS, but also has a quick and accurate position tracking performance. The position tracking can be greatly affected by the change of load torque. To efficiently reduce the effect of the change of load torque, the system design can estimate the load torque and regulate the controller with real time. The design can make the change of load torque have very little disturbance caused due to the position tracking error. At last, Matlab is used to simulate the whole system to prove the efficiency and feasibility of system design.

Abstract:In this paper we propose a high precision robust controller design method for surface mounted PMSM servo system. Feedback linearization method is first applied to transfer the motor plant into a linearized model with an equivalent disturbance. Then a robust controller is designed to compensate the equivalent disturbance. Although some parameters of the control system may deviate seriously from the nominal value when the environment changes, they have relativity. We set up multi-operating-point model to reduce the conservation. Robust properties of the closed-loop system are proven and simulation results are shown.

Abstract:This paper designs and realizes the hardware of a PMSM control system, in which DSP is the main controller and CPLD is the auxiliary logic controller. The proposed power driver consists of three independent H-bridge inverter drive circuits. The hardware are designed including the motor phase current detection, main voltage monitoring, signal acquisition of both rotor position and speed, overcurrent protection and other related circuits. The experimental results show that the motor controller is reliable and stable with strong practicability.

Abstract:Abstract This paper provides a solution of synchronous control of 10-way Panasonic A6 servo motor using DSP chip (TMS320F28379D), which can obtain good dynamic performance and motion position control accuracy. The system uses PID control algorithm to realize intelligent control of position and speed of ten servo motors, and uses database to record the dynamic data of speed, time, distance and power of each servo motor.
