On how to Improve Self-cultivation of Clinical Medicine Graduates

Abstract:The rapid growth of national economy and public health undertakings pose higher requirements for doctors' professionalism,which not only includes solid theoretical foundation and superb clinical skills but also lofty medical ethics,humanistic quality and communication skills.As the leading force of China's healthcare development,self-cultivation is essential for graduate students of clinical medicine.The paper points out the main approaches to promoting self-cultivation,such as creating a suitable environment,imparting knowledge,guiding self-study and perception through practice.
