Cultivation of Comprehensive Abilities of the High-degree Resident Doctors

Abstract:To explore the way to improve their comprehensive clinical abilities,the training plan was formulated in terms of each high - degree resident doctors and the regular test system was carried out strictly through establishing the regular training management system.In the process of cultivation,the management focuses were intensifying the study idea,the selection of tutor,the optimization of teaching methods to improve the efficiency; boosting up the creativity ability;cultivating the communication ability between doctors and patients.The reform results showed that the comprehensive abilities of the trained were increased.
