Abstract:Knowledge is becoming the main treasure in enterprise. The generalized enterprise reference model is an important knowledge resource, including generalized product reference model and generalized process reference model. In the paper, the type, role, modeling method, management and use of the generalized enterprise reference model are studied. The aim is to fully describe the generalized enterprise reference model, to promote the application of the generalized enterprise reference model, to better preserve, share and reuse the enterprise knowledge resource. In the setting up and use of the generalized enterprise reference model, the group technology plays an important role.\;
