Abstract:Master-slave multi-microcomputer control system based on PC-BUS for hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning on machine, mainly its overall scheme, software and hardware construction, is introduced. Spinning experiments show that the system achieves satisfactory result. This system can solve the difficulties of fusion between hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning machine and its microcomputer control.

Abstract:A fuzzy controller of the winding/unwinding control system used in jig-dyeing machine is introduced, which is superior to the one with conventional optimal PID controller in convergence speed and stability. Its mathematical model and transfer function are presented based on mechanism of the winding/unwinding control system. Simulation of the fuzzy controller carried out in the MATLAB (Simulink) environment proves that the control system based on fuzzy controller is superior in quality, precision and operation to a conventional optimal PID controller. The outlined experimental results also show the effectiveness and the robustness of the fuzzy PID controller in good dynamic performance, high robustness to parameter variation and disturbance.

Abstract:The paper analyzed the characteristics of sewing machine control system and presented the pulse-width modulation strategy for the bridge-type switch in the main circuit.The brake torque of the motor of the sewing machine was discussed.On analysis of the torque ripple caused by the PWM modes,a novel control scheme,which was composed of the commutation current compensation,was proposed for high-speed flat sewing machine to suppress the commutation torque ripples and improve the precise control of the needle position.The experimental results verified the validity and reliability of the proposed method.

Abstract:According to the problem of electronic jacquard in practical production,such as high energy consumption resulting in cost increase and low reliability of long distance transmission,a new electronic jacquard controller design method is introduced to reduce cost,improve efficiency and increase reliability of long distance transmission.The controller is based on MCU and modular design.In this controller,U-disk is used to store pattern files,and feedback-calibrated differential signals are used to drive solenoid value on needle -lifting mechanism.Keyboard and LCD provide a friendly interface for users.Meanwhile a design of signal transmission and drive based on optical fiber communication is introduced to lay a good foundation for electronic jacquard upgrade.In practical application, the controller has a good performance on stability,anti-electromagnetic interference and long distance transmission.With high cost-effective, the controller can reduce cost and increase revenue for small and medium textile enterprises.

Abstract:A new control system of the fully automatic flat knitting machine developed based onμC/OS-Ⅱ embedded technology was introduced,and the functional requirements of the flat knitting machine and execution of its control system were analyzed.This system used a 32-bit ARM microprocessor and an expander as the hardware carriers and theμC/OS-Ⅱas the real time operation system.It adopted the design of multi-tasks,and realized the task scheduler by its priority and communications between tasks with theμC/OS-Ⅱoperation system.

Abstract:Aiming at solving such problems as low speed and big noise associated with the pneumatic sample weaving loom,this paper presents a new type of sample weaving machine with five-axis driving,whose movements of opening,weft insertion,beating,let-off and take-up are driven by independent motors.The control system includes PC and five-axis linkage system based on the PLC.The five-axis linkage system's structure,working principle,working process,motor control,as well as hardware and software design ideas are introduced.The application shows that the new type of electrical sample weaving machine has a lot of advantages such as stable operation,low noise and high-speed,and the quality of the produced cloth has been remarkably improved.This control system and machine have practical application value.

Abstract:By adopting programming control technology and modern communication technology, a data transmission system applied the stipulation between PC and PLC on electronic dobby rapier weaving machine is developed. This system can set up and read work parameters on line, manage and transmit structure information of fabric, and possess web and generalization capabilities. Abstract:For the shortcomings now existing in the electronic controlled yarn-guiding system,a new yarn-guiding program was proposed based on the servo control technology and crank-link mechanism of machinery.A mathematical model of the motor motion is established by analyzing the principle of motion of crank-link mechanism,so as to control the servo motor to make variable motion and finally realize to-and-fro guiding based on fulfilling the requirements of anti-overlapping,hard-edge and flange prevention.The system uses PLC as the core,carries out real-time monitoring of the rotation angle of the motor,changes the motor speed step-by-step,and ensures that the guide bar moves steadily.This system offers such benefits as fast running speed,good adaption,simple machinery structure,low production cost and good yarn-guiding effect,and has been brought into use.

Abstract:Filament-wound composite materials have been widely applied because of their many desirable properties.CNC system is an important part of molding technology equipment.But if the general CNC system is used in winding machine,the modification and extension to it is very limited.It is also difficult that special technology and technical experience is integrated into the control system,and the cost is very high.In the paper an open six-axis CNC system for winding machine based on the IPC and Programmable Multi-Axis Controller (PMAC) is presented.The hardware of the open system is introduced.The structure of system application software,modularization design of the system software,and customized development in the windows are illuminated in detail.Based on its application in practical projects,the practicality and openness of this open system is verified.

Abstract:Recently, the tufted carpet pattern are getting more and more complex. However jacquard machine equipment is relatively backward and it has low degree of automation, which has caused a lot of labor and low efficiency. To solve these problems, the pattern forming principle of the tufting jacquard machine was studied and the design of automatic control system was put forward. Abstract:The control system for six-axis filament winding machine were constructed based on IPC and a high-performance servo motion controller PMAC. Referred to the open-architecture CNC structure, the system software was developed by adopting object-oriented technology. The six-axis filament winding machine was applied to five-axis filament winding of pressure vessel and the filament winding of tee shape fitting. The problems which include the warp and accumulation of filament bundle on the head part are solved by adding yaw axis. And the vertical axis makes the filament winding of T shape fitting possible and feasible.

Abstract:Based on the reliable function and simple design,taking good advantages of the advanced controller and control technology,a loom machine system design based on ARM is presented in this paper,which uses S3CEV40 of EMBEST Company as a centre part and functional models as periphery,making up of the hardware part and composed according to the technical procedure.The IO expandance based on CPLD make the whole system flexible and powerful.Motor driver module is another major component of this system.It adopts ARM chip-based frequency vector control strategy.In software,it servo controls motor in interrupt mode.It is turned out to be reliable in function and simple in implement by practice.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems confronted in designing the jacquard MCU based controller,a new method is presented to develop jacquard MCU W78E516B based controller,including hardware and software.Both the encountered and potential technical problems in the realization of the conlroller are analyzed,and corresponding measures are proposed.By replacing the traditional floppy drive with USB interface, the problem of weft number restricting the pattern is solved.Furthermore,our approach can protect the data at unexpected shutdown,so that after an accident it can make rapid resumption of production,and produces no scrap file in spite of frequent deletion and copy,which is ensured by the files manager system.This controller has been put into operation in several mills,and the results show that it works smoothly and accurately.
