Real-time predictive control algorithm for SPWM inverter

Abstract:The real-time control algorithm,based on internal model control with model prediction,is proved to be a solution to overcome the time-delay phenomenon and load parameter uncertainty inherent in digitalized SPWM inverter.This control algorithm was further studied.Firstly,the effect of parameters contained in this control algorithm on control performance,including robust stability and performance in rejection to disturbance,was analyzed employing nyquist diagram in Z domain and Bode plots,respectively.Thus,the design basis for parameter was given.Lastly,the experiment results illustrate that SPWM inverter introducing this control algorithm in accordance to the design basis can achieve good robustness,steady-state accuracy,and fast dynamic performance.
