Abstract:Objective To compare the difference of living quality and spiritual mental health of regular breast conserving surgery in breast cancer with the living quality of radiofrequency ablation patients,so as to investigate the factors that influence the postoperative psychosomatic condition and living quality of breast cancer patients.Methods The breast cancer patients received in the breast thyroid surgery of this hospital were divided into radio frequency group (87 cases) and breast-conserving group (145 cases) to compare the demographic date,tumor tissue pathological data of patients in both groups.Self-image scale,living quality determination scale and postoperative appearance satisfaction investigation form were used to make questionnaire,summarizing the postoperative living quality and mental health status of patients in both groups.Results The demographic data,tumor pathological data and tumor characteristics of patients in both groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The total score of self-image scoring had significant statistical difference(P<0.05).In addition,the difference of function limitation and diseased arm attention had no statistical significance(P>0.05).However,the difference of disease susceptibility,body sense of shame,body attention and fluoroscopy of patients in both groups had great significance(P<0.05).The sexual function and symptom of the functional dimension of patients in both groups to alopecia worry had no significant difference(P>0.05),and the rest 6 dimensions had significant difference statistically(P<0.05).With regard to the appearance satisfaction, postoperative bilateral breast shape,breast size and postoperative scar satisfaction,there was significant difference for the patients of both groups(P<0.05).With regard to the postoperative nipple,mammary areola and shape,the satisfaction of both groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The patients that have breast conserving surgery after frequency ablation have better living quality and mental health level.The self-image evaluation, living quality and postoperative appearance satisfaction are superior to the patients who only have breast conserving surgery.
