Abstract:Based on the deep research on the main problems in production management of semi-process industry such as order confirming, production planning and scheduling, and urgent order processing, the rough cut capacity balancing, time-period-based task planning, and task decomposing for urgent order processing methods are proposed. The methods have been applied successfully in the production management system of a semi-process industry.
