Abstract:In order to solve the problems of applying OPC (OLE for process control) technology to remote supervision, this paper proposes a new framework of distributed fieldbus remote monitoring system based on the Windows DNA(distributed Internet applications architecture) developing model, which adopts the XML (extensible markup language) and SOAP (simple object access protocol) technology as communication mechanism of distributed components. This new framework not only has a favorable extension ability, but also solves the problems appearing in traditional monitoring systems and makes fieldbus remote supervision possible.

Abstract:A system for distance monitoring and a seismic experiment controlling was introduced.This system was used to develop the method of a remote pseudo-dynamic test.A network communication platform NetSLab was needed to realize the remote control of the pseudo-dynamic test.Authors used Visual Basic developing the standard open-end single layer structural remote pseudo-dynamic test platform.The pseudo-dynamic test was remotely executed using this program.The application of the program was verified well by test results.

Abstract:The development of component-based software engineering enables the con- struction of application servers by integrating reliable OTS middleware services. However it is dicult to achieve exibilit y in conventional hard coding way. In this paper, we propose a exible OTS middleware services integration framework to address this problem. In this framework, we dene two kinds of modules: the middleware service contract module to repre- sent the stable contract which species the abstract interaction logic between the application server and a kind of middleware services, and the middleware service implementation module to encapsulate the mutable implementation details of dieren t OTS middleware services in a unied way. Additionally, we propose a module management mechanism to enable the application server to replace the OTS products at runtime via conguration. We implement the framework in a J2EE application server, and the evaluations show that our framework eectiv ely reduces the cost and the time of maintaining and customizing the OTS middleware services-based application server.

Abstract:With the ever increasing complexity and scale of application server and the emergence of reliable OTS middleware service components, more and more application server vendors are inclined to reuse OTS middleware services in the construction of the application server. However, in conventional OTS middleware service integration, flexibility is sacrificed by hard coding concrete OTS middleware services. This paper proposes CAC (Contract, Adapter, and Configuration), a framework to integrate OTS middleware services in a flexible way. The evaluations show that our framework effectively reduces the cost of application server maintenance and OTS products customization.

Abstract:To fully utilize the tokamak facility, it is necessary to allow researchers to remotely participate in the tokamak experiments via the internet. To be able to control the operation of the tokamak is one of the key. In this paper, the design and implementation of the remote control system for the J-TEXT tokamak is presented. To make this system flexible, instead of just providing software or web site that controls the tokamak, we choose to expose a series of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) as web services. All the operation of the J-TEXT tokamak is wrapped in these services. The remote control web site is based on these services, and users can easily build their own web sites or remote control rooms which consume these services to operate the J-TEXT tokamak. An authorization and authentication system is included so the users will not be able to consume the services which they are not supposed to. The remote control system is EPICS compatible and has been integrated into the J-TEXT CODAC System.

Abstract:The utility model relates to a loose couple access methods for public service of application server, which is used to define the contract between the EJB container and the public service, analyze the matching degree between the API for different implementations based on the same public service and the contract, and loosely coupled and integrated the into the public service into the application server using the adapter pattern and the reflection mechanism. The utility model can build a flexible and extensible framework of the integrated service for the developer of the application server, by introducing the adapter pattern and the reflection mechanism into framework, the EJB container can be separated from the implementation detail of the public service, enabling independent upgrade and the replacement of the system elements in the application server, thereby building a pluggable system architecture for the application server.

Abstract:Networking is an important developing trend in the field of Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI). A remote control system makes it possible to access remote software and hardware resources and consequently users can achieve their intended aims by means of remote operations. Nowadays, mobile terminals are becoming essential in people's lives, so it is meaningful and significant to use them as a remote control and for data collection. This paper implements a remote control and data collection system based on an Android terminal to facilitate interactive data acquisition, the system uses a mobile terminal to control the data and computing resources of CAI in a PC terminal. This system could be installed on a smart phone or pad to communicate with a PC, implemented by means of a UDP protocol using socket technology. The main functions of the system are: simulating computer peripherals, remote data writing, remote desktop, data collection and management, and uploading data to a server.

Abstract:In order to realize remote control of electrical towage system, the structure of Asp.Net was introduced and its advantages in programming, configuration, disposition, debugging and safety were analyzed. Some basic concept of networked control system (NCS), which is a new study field that integrates computer, communication technology and control technology, was introduced. The structure of the whole Web system was described and then, how to establish IIS6 Web server and how to create a Web site on it were introduced. Networked control system based on Asp.Net was established and some problems in its construction, including there is no way to directly transfer variables through Web form, were discussed. Some programs were provided to explain how to transfer control variables through Asp.Net. Some programs about how to create Web form, which is different from and more efficient than the traditional ASP, were also provided. The real-time problem of networked control system was discussed and some measures were proposed to improve real-time property. Last, some graphs and results about our experiment were presented, which shows that an electromotor in long distance was successfully controlled through constructing IIS6 Web server and LAN. Results prove the reliability and the validity of Asp.Net in remote control.
A New Control Architecture for Internet Based Tele-Robot System Using Server Push Technique

Abstract:A new control architecture for Internet based tele-robot system was proposed. With the introduction of Server Push technique, real time on-line data acquisition and fast control signal response, which enable this new architecture suitable for online real time tele-operation, can be achieved by using hyper-text transfer protocol. A 6DOF PUMA robot tele-operation system is developed using this architecture and the experimental results illustrate that the performance of the tele-manipulation system was greatly improved compared with that of the traditional control system using CGI and HTTP Server. The architecture is also open-structured and can be applied in other general purposed tele-operation systems.
