Abstract:To meet the requirement of highly real-time, tremendous data transferring and complicated diagnostic causes of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis with power electronic equipment, a novel idea of distributed system with industrial PC (IPC) and PLC controlling field terminal is proposed in this paper. Based on the techniques of power electronics, fault diagnosis and network, a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system with combination of a three-layer C/S structure and Internet is presented, which achieves with high compatibility between different equipment. Furthermore, the paper focuses on the discussion about the structure of compatible systems, the compatibility design of remote monitoring and the realization of field control equipment, such as the data collection sub-system, the real-time monitoring sub-system, the fault diagnosis sub-system and the data disposal and management sub-system, and the design of the data transferring sub-system and the communication protocol format.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50207008).

Abstract:This paper focuses on the development of a wireless surveillance industrial terminal,based on GPRS/CDMA communication channels,which can collect images and data of industrial processes remotely through network. In addition,using embedded real-time operating system Linux,the surveillance terminal can do management such as collecting,coding,storage,query and uploading with high reliability and feasibility.The successful application results of circumstance protection field show that the surveillance terminal is stable and reliable.

Abstract:PLC was widely used in industrial automation,and it has a large geographical distribution.So it develops a remote wireless monitoring system based on TC35I,whose center unit is SCM.The system is successfully solved the data exchange between SCM and the PLC based on Hostlink protocol and the communication problems between SCM and TC35I module.So the remote wireless monitoring carried on the PLC system is realized.The system has easy to carry,practical,simple,large network coverage,low tariffs and other advantages.So it is practical and worthy of using abroad.

Abstract:To meet the needs of establishing a dynamic adjustable serial communication network,an intelligent serial communication terminal is designed using the method of automatic identification of communication baud rate and frame format in blind environment.After communication settings of host computer,the terminal can automatically identify and follow the communication setting of host computer and establish communication with host computer.Industrial application has proved that the intelligent serial communication terminal designed by this method enhances greatly the flexibility of serial communication with its stable and reliable operation and interference rejection.

Abstract:A kind of real-time monitoring system is developed, which fits different DCS systems and has a good real-time performance. In this system, the display module runs in web browser as a ActiveX component, which makes it easy to maintain, and a system uses UDP data package to transmit data with a high real-time performance. Abstract:The paper focused on design and implementation of remote monitoring system for die casting units, which realized information management of die casting units. The Ethernet network architecture of the system was designed in consideration of the communication distance, communication quality and electromagnetic compatibility. The monitoring terminal used the OPC interface and the Ethernet technique to exchange data with the software PLC in industrial site. Due to the advantages of perfect function and friendly user interface, the industrial configuration software was used as a development tool for the human-computer interface design. The function and the arrangement of the human machine interface were designed according to the requirement of the company. The system realized production process monitoring and production information management through data collecting and processing. Machine status, operating parameters, injection data and production information could be found in HMI.

Abstract:This paper presents a remote automatic monitor and control system of small water power station rubber dam, based on S7-200 series PLC and WinCC HMI tool. The system takes the both advantages of automatic control and remote control and remains the local manual electrical or mechanical control function. It makes the work of rubber dam more robust, stable and safe, facilitates the users more flexible and improves the power generation efficiency.

Abstract:By analyzing the current serial communication, used in a popular monitor system composed of PC, GOT and PLC, introduced a new design and implementation plan of serial communication based on Vb and Programming Interface Protocol.System achieved the efficient, stable and reliable communication under simple attachment without any mitsubishi's special communication board.The communication applied mitsubishi FX series PLC programming interface protocol, no longer need to set up the D8120, simplified the PLC program; Under this protocol and based on VB6.0 development environment，write the serial communication program adapt to FX full series，the program make the PC can read/write the PLC soft equipment and forced ON/OFF directly.In the actual application, No matter accuracy and stability of communication were to achieve requirements of industrial control system.

Abstract:Design and development of the remote monitoring and controlling system for die casting workshop based on controller link bus technique with the requirements for integrative management of die casting workshop have been described including the system structure, communication and the implementation of software and hardware for remote monitoring terminal. All the machines in the workshop and the remote monitoring terminal are taken as the nodes in the controller link system. Based on the communication capability of the system, an Omeron PCI board was used as hardware structure for communicating PLC with master machines to realize the high speed exchange of data. The Kingview software was used in the terminal to realize the remote monitoring and management for die casting workshop.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements for information integration and remote monitoring and control of urban sewage pumping stations,the establishment techniques of remote monitoring and control system for pumping stations were studied based on the introduction and integration of the IP VPN network technology,PRODAVE process data exchange technology,and Siemens S7-PLC control system.Monitoring software was designed and developed.The functions of remote monitoring,communication and automatic control are achieved,and the remote monitoring and control system has the characteristics of easy networking,high reliability,maintenance convenience and strong extension.

Abstract:GSS-2 type of marine gravity meter sensor has high measurement precision.After years of use,mechanical structure becomes steadier.With the rapid development of electronic information technology,the old measurement system becomes the major obstacle of high-precision measurement.This paper designs a hardware monitoring and control system using a stable Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as core controller.Based on Modbus protocol,it develops a multi-functional monitoring and control software as the host computer.Experiments show that the hardware system performs steady and function of software is user-friendly.The system fully meets the design and use requirements.
