Abstract:To overcome the problems in the checking of auto air-condition compressor, such as uncontinuous process, long period, notable artifical effect and so on, we design an auto air-condition compressor checking system. This system, using SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC and OP170B, can complete all checking items automatically. This paper presents the main characters of this system including equipments, control flow, hardware design and software programming. Practice has proved that this system can improve the checking rate remarkably and guarantee the checking accuracy so that it fulfills the design requirement.

Abstract:The technique of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis was discussed.The structure of monitoring and fault diagnosis system was introduced.Some key techniques in the system implementation were analyzed which included the B/S structure,web diagnostic technique and so on.Using this remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system,domain experts and professional skill personnel can be summoned to diagnose faults of equipments based on web-model,and huge economic losses caused by faults of hydraulic equipments can be avoided.

Abstract:In order to promote the safe and control automation of air-compressor,the monitoring system of air-compressor group was developed with the help of advanced technical platform,the system was composed of the field control layer and the PC monitor layer,the field control layer based on PLC and intelligent instrument as the center,the PC monitoring layer based on MCGS configuration software as platform,through the reasonable hardware and software design,the operator can operate independently the aircompressor group in the field control cabinet or the control room computer,it improves the automation level of the pressure air room management.

Abstract:This paper presents a remote automatic monitor and control system of small water power station rubber dam, based on S7-200 series PLC and WinCC HMI tool. The system takes the both advantages of automatic control and remote control and remains the local manual electrical or mechanical control function. It makes the work of rubber dam more robust, stable and safe, facilitates the users more flexible and improves the power generation efficiency.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of highly real-time, tremendous data transferring and complicated diagnostic causes of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis with power electronic equipment, a novel idea of distributed system with industrial PC (IPC) and PLC controlling field terminal is proposed in this paper. Based on the techniques of power electronics, fault diagnosis and network, a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system with combination of a three-layer C/S structure and Internet is presented, which achieves with high compatibility between different equipment. Furthermore, the paper focuses on the discussion about the structure of compatible systems, the compatibility design of remote monitoring and the realization of field control equipment, such as the data collection sub-system, the real-time monitoring sub-system, the fault diagnosis sub-system and the data disposal and management sub-system, and the design of the data transferring sub-system and the communication protocol format.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 50207008).

Abstract:A kind of real-time monitoring system is developed, which fits different DCS systems and has a good real-time performance. In this system, the display module runs in web browser as a ActiveX component, which makes it easy to maintain, and a system uses UDP data package to transmit data with a high real-time performance. Abstract:In order to meet the requirements for information integration and remote monitoring and control of urban sewage pumping stations,the establishment techniques of remote monitoring and control system for pumping stations were studied based on the introduction and integration of the IP VPN network technology,PRODAVE process data exchange technology,and Siemens S7-PLC control system.Monitoring software was designed and developed.The functions of remote monitoring,communication and automatic control are achieved,and the remote monitoring and control system has the characteristics of easy networking,high reliability,maintenance convenience and strong extension.

Abstract:GSS-2 type of marine gravity meter sensor has high measurement precision.After years of use,mechanical structure becomes steadier.With the rapid development of electronic information technology,the old measurement system becomes the major obstacle of high-precision measurement.This paper designs a hardware monitoring and control system using a stable Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as core controller.Based on Modbus protocol,it develops a multi-functional monitoring and control software as the host computer.Experiments show that the hardware system performs steady and function of software is user-friendly.The system fully meets the design and use requirements.

Abstract:A remote monitoring and control system for sewage treatment based on PLC and industrial configuration software was presented.The system is consisted of upper computer and lower computer,which adopts distributed control system structure.Configuration software set King 6.51 is adopted to develop monitoring and control software for upper computer,SIEMENS PLC and intelligent measure instruments distributing in scene are adopted to develop as lower computer of control system.The upper computer is used to provide friendly control interface and accomplish remote monitoring and control task.The lower computer is used to fulfill real time data collection and automation function in sewage treatment scene.The stability and velocity of data transfers were improved by applying ProfiBus in data transfers.Many superiority performances was presented when this system was employed in Beijing Xihai Haoye sewage treatment centre.

Abstract:In order to realize the automatic control for an air compressor system,a PLC control system with GE PAC systems RX7i series were presented in four devices of a 600 MW thermal power generating unit in our company,with the functions of automatic control,interlock protection,fault analysis and early-warning for compressed air system.The results show that,with the combination of several control techniques,such as relay control,communication,and experienced series optimizations,a valuable system with fault analysis,early-warning,interlock protection was built to ensure the reliability and stability of the operation system.

Abstract:This paper introduces an Ethernet-based online monitoring system and its application to rolling bearings of the nine fan sets. The design of the system is based on embeded system and field bus. The system has many advantages used in industry such as multi\|channel, network, practicability and high capability to cost ratio. With the operation of the system in practice for three years, the results show that the design of the system is successful and the system can be widely used for monitoring the condition of rotating machinery.

Abstract:After investigating and analyzing the smoke desulfation system in some steel company,this paper calculated the economic and high-efficiency desulfation rate.According to this system,hypogyny system adapt the Siemens high quality S7 series programmable logic controller(PLC)to control the system.Epigyny adapt the Wincc specialized software to cofigurate the looks of all system.Take the industrial Ethernet as the communication channel,TCP/IP as the uniform communication protocol so as to improve the network utility of the system,as well as shorten the system action speed and improve the system precision.After using the desulfation system,the desulfation rate was improved highly and the thickness of the smoke that was let out was also lessen,the atmosphere environment was bettered and lower the payout of the environment protection.

Abstract:Based on PROFIBUS,configuration monitoring,and Internet/Intranet technologies,a remote monitoring system of injection molding machine groups is studied.The system has a three-hierarchical-structure that consists of shop floor machine monitoring level,workshop machine group central monitoring level via PROFIBUS,and remote monitoring level via Internet/Intranet.The system can be applied to the central,remote,and real-time monitoring of the running conditions of injection molding machine groups,and to collection,processing,and archiving of the monitoring data,thus provides an advanced means of utilizing,maintaining,scheduling,and managing production machines for enterprises.

This paper takes the PLC platform produced by Allen-Bradley Company as the main research object and basic monitoring instrument to detect the PH value and COD value in the treated sewage. Through the optimal design of DCS structure and communication network level in sewage treatment system with PLC as platform, a better sewage monitoring effect has been achieved.
