Abstract:Combing with remote monitoring and control technology with production management ideas, a remote monitoring and management system and approach of 3D laser scanning machine based on intemet/intranet is presented in this paper. The operation model, system structure are studied and the theory to realize the system function is also given. With the net programming technology, the prototype system is successftilly developed, furthermore, the key techniques are discussed. Finally the effect of the system is testified.

Abstract:The paper analyzed the power equipment monitor and control and introduced the Web Service technology and its system structure. Then it proposed a distributed heterogeneous remote monitor and control system based on Web Service through Internet and firewall. At the same time a case on the system application was described. Finally the paper summarized the feature of the system and gave a prediction of the system.

Abstract:Aiming at characteristic of Pioneer3- AT mobile robot, based on wireless LAN, a remote control system for mobile robot was designed and realized. The principle of remote control system and the architecture of mobile robot were introduced first. Then the software flowchart of system server and clients were given also. Finally, through clients operations, remote movement control, tracking of specific curve and real- time transmission and display of mobile robot were accomplished.

Abstract:This paper proposes a designing method for Internet-based remote control system with real-time ability and reliability.Based on this method,the software structure of remote control system uses C/S,which has a perfect security.To the uncertain internet-induced time delay,this paper provides a concrete solution,which uses UDP/RTP/IP and reduces the influence of data loss.Besides,the designing method of a low cost and small-sized net interface is provided in this paper.

Abstract:On the basis of the remote monitoring and control system function and structure, according to the industrial process, The remote monitoring and control system structure for industrial process based on Web technology was presented. From system development perspective, the key techniques of the development system, including Web application development, socket data communication, JDBC access, data gather, control tactic and real-time data etc were researched. A remote monitoring and control systems with high reliability was designed and implemented. The system shows that the remote monitoring and control system for the chemical industrial process has the merits of stable working, swiftle control, real-time transmitting data, high reliability and so on.

Abstract:Following the development of internet technology,the remote control of robot is becoming a hot research for its wide range of applications.The time-delay and security problem caused by the complexity of internet is its key problems.This paper designs and implements an internet-based robot real-time simulation and visual feedback system.A real-time simulation based on state feedback is introduced to solve the time-delay and the security problem.In addition,both the off-line teaching simulation before on-line control and the mode switching from remote control to local control can make the robot manipulation more secure,and greatly reduce the time of on-line control.Finally,the experimental results show its correctness and feasibility.

Abstract:The architecture of Internet robot with mobile devices is presented and the security mechanisms and human-robot interaction way is designed. A hybrid control strategy is proposed, in which the direct control based on teleoperation is incorporated with the autonomous control based on built-in behaviors. The results of experiments show that this system is user-friendly and can effectively undertake the remote monitoring and control tasks.

Abstract:In order to realize remote debugging and diagnostics to the motion controller with Ethernet, equipment with SIMOTION motion control system is applied. The application of virtual private network technology, combined with SCOUT tool, a remote control through Internet is used. This paper introduces the hardware and software of the motion control system, the structure and composition of remote control system and the core technology for specific steps. A detailed analysis of the application effect is shown. The result shows that the remote monitor and control system not only reduces system downtime and maintenance response time, but also saves a lot of human and material resources. The application shows the feasibility of remote debugging and diagnostics to motion controller using VPN technology.
