Abstract:•The NNBT ceramics were prepared via solid-state reaction method.•The composites PVDF-xNNBT were prepared hot-pressing method.•The most interesting finding is that the composites PVDF-xNNBT exhibits perfect frequency stability.•The PVDF-0.5NNBT composite, which exhibits a relatively high dielectric constant and loss tangent.
