Abstract:The protection of intellectual property, the introduction of excellent talents and high level technology are the most important issues.We can come up with the specific measures through analyzing the present conditions of the intellectual property protection in western regions and characteristics of infringement.We can find out the gap between the western regions and eastern or the whole country by analyzing the amount of the patent analyzing,the quantity of patent validating,the increasing rate of per capita holds,and the trademarks,so as to come up with the specific measures to the facing problems.
