Reflection and Improvement of China's Early Warning Mechanism of Intellectual Property

Abstract:The current international competition that all states participate in is not only the allocation of resources,the production scale compertition,but also competition of intellectual property rights(IPR).China's enterprises own less intellectual property amount,low quality of IP and lack appropriate understanding of intellectual property rules.Both the enterprises and citizens' consciousness of intellectual property need to be improved.Being the third country of trade in the world,China faces more severe intellectual property international environment in the future and the intellectual property rights crisis will become more prominent.This paper analyzes the causes and current situation of China's intellectual property disputes in international trade,the intellectual property rights early warning mechanism to as to use the experience of establishing early warning mechanism of international trade in the developed countries for reference to establish and perfect China's intellectual property early warning mechniasm based on the macroscopic and microscopic levels,as well as the angles of goernment and enterprises.
