Abstract:According to the movement characteristic of multiple explosively formed penetrator(MEFP) intelligent mine attacking to tank top armor,a scan trail model was built.In view of scan and capture playing a decisive role in the employment of intelligent mine,the article discusses three kinds of scan and capture rule such as region,duty ratio and twice scans identification.Moreover,the influence of diffrent scan and capture criteria on the killing probabilities of MEFP intelligent mine is presented by Monte carlo simulation.As a result,the built scan trail model and capture rule of region identification for MEFP Intelligent Mine basically accord with engineering practice.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the influence of multiple explosively formed penetrator(MEFP) design parameters on the killing probability of intelligent mine,finite element method software was used to simulate formation of MEFP.Based on radiation killing model of warhead for MEFP,the numerical simulation was carried out by computer.The killing probability of intelligent mine attacking tank under the influence of MEFP design parameters(e.g.the launching angle of MEFP,the number of explosively formed penetrator,the dispersion of MEFP) was analyzed.The result shows that MEFP design parameters should be optimized at warhead designing to increase kill efficiency of intelligent mine to tank.

Abstract:The Monte Carlo simulation model was established to acquire damage efficiency of the explosively formed penetrator warhead.Taking intelligent mine for research object,on the basis of scanning movement model and hitting damage model,the damage efficiency of MEFP intelligent mine attacking to tank was analyzed.As a result,damage efficiency of MEFP intelligent mine attacking to tank is higher than EFP intelligent mine,it can increase damage efficiency of MEFP intelligent mine field to armored aim in group and anti-helicopter.

Abstract:Abstract Two types of composite armor were designed (Composite armor I alumina ceramic/Kevlar/616 armored steel; Composite armor II alumina ceramic/616 armored steel/Kevlar). Through penetration tests and numerical simulations, the anti-penetration performance and anti-penetration mechanism of the composite armors were studied, and the influences of material arrangement on its anti-penetration performance were discussed. The results show that the established finite element models can reliably simulate the penetration process of composite armors. The failure modes of Kevlar and 616 armored steel in composite armor I are tensile failure and spalling damage, respectively. The failure mode of Kevlar and 616 armored steel in composite armor II is shear failure. The shear failure of 616 armored steel and Kevlar is a low energy consumption damage mode. Therefore, the structure form of composite armor I can give full play to the anti-penetration performance of the material, and the anti-penetration performance is better than that of composite armor I.

Abstract:Intelligent mine is a kind of new conception weapon, while detecting actively target system in battle fieldis is a key technology for the intelligent mine design. Influence of Initiation Ways on Killing Probabilities of Intelligent Mine Warhead

Abstract:To enhance the killing probabilities of intelligent mine against tank,based on the simulation on the formation of multiple explosively formed penetrator(MEFP) of intelligent mine warhead by LS-DYNA finite element software,MEFP formation rule under explosive loading adopting both the center and multile-point initiation ways were analyzed,the killing models of MEFP intelligent mines under the actions of two initiation ways were set up,the simulation programme of intelligent mines attacking tank top armor was compiled,and the killing probabilities of intelligent mines against targets in different initiation ways were obtained.Results show that the influence of initiation ways on the killing probabilities of intelligent mine warhead is correlative to the MEFP warhead design,so that suitable EFP number of the intelligent mine warhead at different target distance should be designed,and that the killing efficiency of intelligent mines will be enhanced by corresponding initiation ways.

Abstract:In order to research the process of decoying radar guidance missile by missile-borne active bait,firstly,the normal process of decoying missile by active bait was analyzed.Secondly,based on the bait's and missile's dynamic model,the relevant mathematical models of the jamming power and decoying track of the missile were built under the condition of three-dimensional proportional guidance.Lastly,combined with an example,the simulation result of the received jamming power and decoying track was shown.The result shows that the proposed simulation method and models accurately describe the whole decoying process.A quantitative method is offered to analyze the process of decoying missile by active bait.

Abstract:Performance is a key feature of parallel system. However, there is a great gap between the peak performance and performance attainable by a practical application. The model-based performance evaluation may be used to support the performance-oriented program development for parallel system. In this paper a hybrid TCPN model is proposed to describe the parallel program and the resources respectively. This method can bring less effect to modify the program structure because of running environment changes. And the performance engineering activities based on this model ranges from performance prediction in early development stages, performance analysis in the coding phase, to locate the performance bottleneck and modify it. After the correctness verification of the TCPN model, a reachable graph can be got. Then the further performance-tuning can be done by summing the execution time of corresponding action in the critical path.

Abstract:Based on the Monte Carlo simulation model of the intelligent mine weapon system against the mobile target,the computer numerical simulation are carried out. At the same time,the paper study the influence on launch condition for the killing probabilities of MEFP intelligent mine parallel kill model. The killing probabilities of intelligent mine weapon system against the mobile target is calculated while many random influencing factors are considered. As a result it is provided how to enhance the killing probabilities of the intelligent mine.

Abstract:In order to protect the command ship best in the limit of detection range of warships, designing an appropriate formation for the warships is necessary. Consequently,a symmetric annular warship formation is proposed firstly,anti-saturation attack capacity of the formation with AWACS and without AWACS is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results indicated this warship formation can protect command ship at the extreme,and improve on anti-saturation attack capacity observably. Fleet Viability significantly improves when AWACS supports fleet. Finally,decision-tree classify can quickly and precisely identify real intension of the suspicious targets.

Abstract:Along with the continuous development of the intellectualized antitank ammunition and the application of the future electric gun in the battlefield, the armored vehicles encounter an increasingly heavy threat in the battlefield. So the armor protection has to develop new technologies so as to enhance the armored vehicles' survivability in the battlefield. A new concept practical application of the pulsed power technology-active electromagnetic (EM) armor was discussed in this paper. It combined the intellectual fire-control, advanced detector, and precise EM projectile interceptor. It must be the developing direction of the active protection system. A structural and mathematical model of the active EM armor projectile interceptor based on the principle of single stage coil launcher is given in this paper. It analyzes the effects of the electric parameter in the discharge circuits and the structural property of the interceptor to the launching velocity and efficiency of the interceptor. Finally the model is simulated numerically by finite-element analyses.

Abstract:Evaluation of moving target defense (MTD) effectiveness has become one of the fundamental problems in current studies. In this paper, an evaluation model of MTD effectiveness based on system attack surface (SAS) is proposed to extend this model covering enterprise-class topology and multi-layered moving target (MT) techniques. The model is focused on the problem of incorrect performance assessment caused by inaccurately characterizing the process of attacking and defending. Existing evaluation models often fail to describe MTD dynamically in a process. To deal with this static view, offensive and defensive process based on a player’s move is presented. Besides, it converts all the attack and defense actions into the process, and interactivities are evaluated by system view extended attack surface model. Previously, the proposed attack surface models are not concerned about the links between nodes and vulnerabilities affected by topologies. After comprehensively analyzing the impact of interactions in the system, a SAS model is proposed to demonstrate how resources of the system are affected by the actions of attackers and defenders, thus ensuring the correctness of parameters for SAS in measuring MT technology. Moreover, by generating a sequence of those shifting parameters, a nonhomogeneous hierarchical hidden Markov model is used to find the possible sequence of attacking states by introducing the partial Viterbi algorithm. Also, a sequence of attacking states is defined to illustrate how adversaries are handled by MT technologies and how much additional consumption costs are increased by the system resource reconfiguration. Finally, the simulation of the proposed approach is given in a case study to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed effectiveness evaluation model in a systematic and dynamic view.

Obstacle Performance Analysis of Mine Research Robot Based on Terramechanics

Abstract:A tracked robot is designed for mine research and rescue. The robot is introduced from mechanism, hardware system to software system. As an outdoor all-terrain research and rescue robot, it should have some special designs, such as reconfigurable structure, suspension system and anti-explosive and waterproof. Two pairs of swing arms are equipped in the front and the rear of the robot. Their motions improve robot's obstacle performance. The sensors equipped on the robot consist of CCD cameras, CO, CH4, temperature and air speed. Because the robot runs in a destroyed mine, the common methods of obstacle performance analysis do not fit the robot in this unstructured environment. The gravity center of robot and the type of terrain play a very important role in the obstacle performance analysis, so the effect of CG position is discussed, and the interaction between robot and terrain are analyzed based on terramechanics. These results are valuable to design and control the robot.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the influence of case parameters on the killing probabilities of intelligent mine,the flight scanning movement equation of intelligent mine was simulated by using flight dynamics software.Based on analyzing the influence of case parameters on flight scanning movement,the optimum solution of case parameters was attained by orthogonal optimization design.The main case parameters such as highness,diameter and thickness were adopted as design variables,and the most scan-capture probability was used as the objective function value.With the optimized case parameters of the intelligent mine,the crosswise scope of the scanning circle is increased,the displacement of scanning track is lessen,and the ideal flight scanning track is ultimately obtained.As a result,the probability of scan and capture of intelligent mine is enhanced.

Abstract:A mathematical model of medium and far range Ground-to-Air Missile system effectiveness evaluation was established with the application of ADC method.Typical reliability logic configuration was analyzed,availability matrix of weapon system was worked out with the appropriate computation hypothesis;Dependability matrix of weapon system was solved by using Kolmogorov Backward and Forward Equations of the continuous time homogeneous Markov chain;The mathematical model of capability exponent system was established by selecting target characters,firing capability,anti-jamming capability,missile capability and mobility capability.An application example validates the model and the future research orientation is put forward.
