Abstract:This article expatiated the important signification which started-up the modernization construction of community health service. The author put forward 4 principles in construction of modernization of community health service. They are putting it in construction of four modernizations, in regional planning, as the superior developing item of health services, as the strategy goal for continuous development of health services. Describe the basic meaning of construction of community health service modernization, as actualizing management idea and running mechanism on modernization of management mechanism; be functional, garden-like, humane, intelligentize and art-like on modernization construction of community health service organization; actualizing modernization of talents training and finance management on software construction. The author brought forward that the modernization construction of community health service is a systemic work which connects with management science innovation and hardware technique innovation and software technique innovation.
