Abstract:The strategy of "health service,medical education,study and mandgement" is a whole of health service in community health service center after constructing the demonstrationthe of community health service.The strategy consisted of the hygiene service of the "liu wei yi ti",the education of incumbency personnel and not-incumbency personnel,the community health service study and the fulfillment to manage to this center.In the development,it is positive to put into practice community health service in Chinese eastern region it is also important to develop the business of the whole hygiene service in China.
