Construction of Supervision and Management System for Community Health Service

Abstract:Three parts are included in the research.The first is to set up for the first time domestically the system of supervision and management for community health service in Beijing,which include a new organization modes,method of organization management,supervision norm of management,evaluation system,and detailed rules and operation methods of evaluation system in community health service,and they are connected with each other to form an organic whole.The second is to build for the first time domestically the system of automated supervision management of community health service by using synthetically computerized management skills,which is a new model to investigate the supervision management of community health service,being the extension of the first part.The third is to introduce for the first time internationally a method of Meliorated Analytic Hierarchy Process,which can effectively resolve the problems occurring in Analytic Hierarchy Process or Delphi method.The establishment of this method will ensure China step into an advanced level in the world in establishing the evaluation system.
