Abstract:Through the comparison and Analysis of current medical security system between China and Australia,Combining with the present situation of medical and health development in China,We Analyse the current medical security system from the different angle of view.Because of restricted and influenced by the macro economic system,coupled with the regional characteristics of China is north-south span,economy,culture and other regional development imbalances,there are many problems in China's medical insurance system: The overall level of security system is not high,people pay large gap,adaption lacked of liquidity,The sustainability lacked of guarantee etc.Our country had draw lessons from and absorbed the advanced experience of foreign countries,established of a national,and everyone enjoys the medical security system,but how to further improve our current system of the continuous development,promote China's medical and health undertakings,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: We should Establish a sound,sustainable health service system,learn from Australia's successful experience and combined with China's national conditions,increase capital investment,simplify the reimbursement process and constantly improve the modern medical security system in our country;strengthen the training of general practitioners,solve the " Medical treatment is difficult,expensive medical treatment" to a certain extent.The improvement of modern medical security system in China is a big project related to the beneficial to the people's livelihood,complex and systemic.The reform of China's medical security system is facing a huge challenge.only to speed up the pace of economic development,learn and absorb more foreign successful experience,and constantly improve the medical security system in China,we can realize the universal free medical and health security system.
