Abstract:From the demand analysis of public opinion monitoring on public health,the paper designs general framework,function structure,business process of network public opinion monitoring system on public health in Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, introduces the function of network information collection,data pretreatment,public opinion analysis,personalized working platform and system security management,etc.
