Abstract:Monitoring and early warning of network public opinion has been increasingly valued by government departments,institutions and enterprises seriously.The existing index systems of network public opinion for monitoring and early warning,studied the propagation characteristics of the network,subject features and content intensity from the perspective of communication,public administration and information science,and then got most of the monitoring points.This paper also pointed out some problems of existing index systems,such as lack of depth,hard to evaluate,incompletion,lack of audience comments and so on.
