Abstract:Flavonoids are the main biological components in propolis, which are known for a variety of structures and biological activities. Flavonoids are one of research hotspots of natural product. In this article, the new extraction technologies of flavonoids were introudced at home and abroad, such as aqueous two phase extraction, semi-bionic extraction, high intensity pulsed electric fields, membrane separation, column chromatography, and aims to provide a reference for the future research and applications of propolis flavonoids.
