Abstract:The agent construction system mode is a type of new construction management system, related to the management efficiency and level of government's public project, but it encountered many obstacles and problems to promote in China. In this paper, three typical agent systems were contrasted and analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages were combined to point out the existing problems of the current system mode, and based on these problems specific countermeasures were put forward. Abstract:Based on dynamic and distributed characteristic of remote sensing Integrated survey data, combined with the theory of multi-agent, built up a architecture which integrated data base with the model base and knowledge base, real- ized the core function of information management and decision-making. and brought forward a decision-making process based on this architecture. then discussed the information collection and database management, brought forward a scheme to store and manage data based on Geodatabase of ArcInfo. Some key technology of the system about agent learning and case reasoning also introduced in the article. in the end, proved its reasonability and practicality by building a prototype.

Abstract:Through the planning stage,the pre-sale stage,the completion and demolition stage,the real estate,as the most important social wealth,needs surveying calculation at each stage. Now the method of surveying and the standard of calculation in each real estate surveying and mapping stage is not the same,and a majority of the comparison check and sharing of the achievement is still in the manual stage,which brings great uncertainty for the management of real estate surveying and mapping and increases the cost of surveying and the possible conflicts greatly. Therefore,a system and the management approach for the real estate surveying of the whole life cycle should be developed to improve the efficiency of the real estate survey and mapping,reduce the cost,ensure the quality and authoritative for the achievement,achieve the information sharing for administrations,and provide decision support for city construction.

Abstract:Accordion to the authors' practice in the design and development of decision supporting system for real estate investment, this paper revealed that the developing object of real estate investment supporting system must provide the present and change predicting information of the developing project and its market as well as the strategies, and measures that should be adopted by project to the investors. The system's function structure is made up of three professional functions: market analysis; calculation, analysis and evaluation of the project/scheme's development and management; and comparing and deciding analysis of the project/scheme; as well as the assistant functions: maintain, initiation and result output of the system. All the functions can be further divided into diverse function subsystems and model items. The system's datum has the characteristics of divers types, multi-collection and concentric and automatic disposal, and the system's operation with the features of independence, repetition, entirety and connection, and the system's analyzing and deciding models and their parameters and standards with characteristics of universality and variability. The design of the system consists of datum management design, model design and input-output design. The datum management design is very important to the development and design of the real estate development and decision supporting system, designed scientifically or not will directly connect with the success and failure of the whole system's design. The content of datum management design includes mainly the division of primary and secondary datum document and the design of datum document's structure, key items, substitution codes and datum dictionary. System's models are the core for the real estate development and decision supporting system, as well as the difficulty and key for the system's design. The content of model's design is mainly the determination of the expressing method for models, the language for procedure compilation and the method for model bank management. The system's input-output should be intensively designed respectively by input and output, for the real estate development and decision supporting system with the large and frequent datum input and output. Finally, according to the development of real estate investing decision practice and related professional computer software, this paper puts forward the direction of the system's function and version improvement in the future.

Abstract:Information technologies and information systems play an increasingly important role in gaining and sustaining competitive edge for enterprises. A large quantity of Chinese enterprises endeavored to establish or upgrade their information systems. However, the failure rate of such projects remains high in China. There have been a large number of analyses of critical factors of information system projects in the literature, and this paper attempts to categorize the critical failure factors mentioned in the literature and to do a questionnaire survey accordingly. The survey is conducted in Zhejiang Province of China, to understand which failure factors are perceived as the most influential by the respondents.

Abstract:With the continuous progress of socio-economic development, the real estate industry has experienced rapid growth. As a leading industry in China, the importance of this sector is self-evident. However, due to objective factors, real estate management faces many challenges, such as poor information management and sharing, difficulties in market regulation and supervision, and insufficient risk prevention and resolution capabilities. To address these issues, it is particularly necessary to promote the construction of information management in real estate management. Abstract:China has formed a land survey flow that is based on land classification has the core of internal judgement and external investigation,which efficiently guided the land survey work in China.As economy goes on,however,a higher precision is required for land survey so that the traditional method can not meet the needs.This paper,based on the cores of land survey system,optimizes the land classification system,establishes a quantifying and standardization relation between land attributes and land utilization,which reverts the land survey process to land attributes survey and record process,and presents some suggestions improving the existing land survey system.
