Abstract:In the process of urbanization, living and working areas are increasing, and the population is also increasing, which makes community management more difficult and reduces the life quality of residents. In order to improve the quality of community management, this paper briefly introduced the concept of community grid management mode based on the system database and conducted a case study on Taocheng District, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The local community grid management mode used in the area was introduced; moreover, the effectiveness of the community grid management mode was evaluated using the framework of the analytic hierarchy process. The results showed that with the full implementation and improvement of the community grid management mode, the efficiency, effectiveness, and benefits of the community management significantly improved.

Abstract:With the development of information technology, users have higher and higher requirements for intelligent residential property management systems, and the importance of data information exchange between multiple systems. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement an intelligent management system based on J2EE technology research. Based on the research and analysis of the theories and practical achievements of local property management systems at home and abroad, combined with the future development trend of smart communities, an Internet-based local property management system is designed. Based on the property management of smart residential areas, the Internet of Things technology is fully utilized to realize intelligent management functions such as residential security management and remote monitoring of elevators. The implementation status of system services is checked in the form of test cases. The test results show that this intelligent system meets the requirements for official online use.

Abstract:Abstract The data filling, mathematical calculations and statistical operations for property management are realised by a system development tool that adopts the browser/server (B/S) architecture, Java, as the development language and a framework that adopts Spring MVC mode; additionally, the MySQL database is used, the source code and database interaction process use the Mybatis framework and the front-end display uses the VUE.js framework.. Functional modules include the following elements: owner information, real estate information, engineering equipment, personnel management and lease management. The system has passed the functional test, if it has been in trial operation for 1 year in multiple residential communities and has the characteristics of simple operation, stable operation and strong scalability, among others.

Abstract:A practical spatio-temporal database (STDB) technique for dynamic urban land management is presented. One of the STDB models, the expanded model of Base State with Amendments (BSA), is selected as the basis for developing the dynamic cadastral management technique. Two approaches, the Section Fast Indexing (SFI) and the Storage Factors of Variable Granularity (SFVG), are used to improve the efficiency of the BSA model. Both spatial graphic data and attribute data, through a succinct engine, are stored in standard relational database management systems (RDBMS) for the actual implementation of the BSA model. The spatio-temporal database is divided into three interdependent sub-databases: present DB, history DB and the procedures-tracing DB. The efficiency of database operation is improved by the database connection in the bottom layer of the Microsoft SQL Server. The spatio-temporal system can be provided at a low-cost while satisfying the basic needs of urban land management in China. The approaches presented in this paper may also be of significance to countries where land patterns change frequently or to agencies where financial resources are limited.

Abstract:Providing the excellent equipment maintenance service for customers is more and more important to manufacturing enterprise. But traditional after-sale maintenance service management has many problems, such as the slow response to maintenance service request and the long waiting time of the customers; the process to deal with the maintenance request is not normative; the mechanism of the initiative maintenance service is lacked. This research focuses on resolving these problems with workflow technology, data mining and enterprise application integration technology; the equipment maintenance management system for customer service is proposed. The function model of the system is analyzed; the five-tier architecture based on J2EE application server is presented, then the algorithm to implement the forecast and warning for the equipment maintenance service, the development and implementation process of the equipment maintenance management system based on the workflow technology, the modeling of the maintenance service workflow, and the information exchange model of the system with other application system and the integration technology and methods are described in detail. Based on these research results, the running application system is developed; a case of providing maintenance service for customer in textile machine industry is studied.
