Abstract:In the U.S.higher education system,the management of academic programs generally assumes a style of negotiation between the inside and outside stakeholders of universities and between the government and universities. Although the approval and adjustment of academic programs are free from the restriction of a program catalog,they are subject to the government's supervision and society's participation.The shared governance among the universities, government and society ensures the flexibility,diversity and orderliness of the development of academic programs. This article introduces the management systems and operation mechanisms of program management at the state governments and universities,and analyzes their unique features and experience.

Abstract:Teachers' evaluation is an important content of management in colleges.To some extent,it embodies the theory and pursuance of running a school.It also has direct effect on entire development of a school,individual development of teachers and full-scale quality development of students.By theory,it has functions of direction,encouragement,diagnosis and appraisal.Nevertheless,the problems of appraisal conception and value orientation,appraisal system and purpose,appraisal content and methods,appraisers' quality in current colleges have greatly narrowed or dissimilated its original functions.It also has an obvious effect on simplifying the management job of colleges and restricting and supervising teachers.But its constructive significance is difficult to be shown.So it is difficult to have an effect on the continuous growth and specialized development of teachers.This essay chooses value orientation of teachers' evaluation as an entrance.It is indicated that the major problems existing in college teachers' evaluation consist in the deviation in their notions of evaluation,narrowness of the evaluation content,singleness of the evaluation manner,administrative mode of the evaluation procedure,deficiency in their evaluation ability,etc.lays particular on analyzing the sources of utilitarianism value orientation,direction to evaluate the entire level of running a school by our country and the shortcomings of administrative level system and so on.
Investigation and Analysis of Study Resource Management Strategy of Nursing Undergraduates

Abstract:Objective To know about the current status of study resource management strategy of nursing undergraduates,in order to provide evidence for teaching reform.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the management of the general and study resources strategies among 314 nursing undergraduates in 2 nursing colleges in Beijing,and the results were analyzed.Results Scores of nursing students for study resource management in the 2 nursing colleges were above the average level.There were significant differences in the total scores of study resource and material management among students of different grades.The score of the third grade students was lower than those of the other grades.Conclusion Changing traditional teaching mode,optimizing teaching approaches,carrying out cooperative learning,enhancing the students' motivation of time management,and developing a good learning environment are important to improve the study resource management strategies in nursing students;special attention should be paid to the third grade students,and pertinent guidance should be given.

Abstract:Abstract Honor management is one of the routine summative work of colleges and universities. It is related to the vital interests of students and plays an important guiding role in promoting the all-round development of college students and establishing good values. In the new era, the honor management of college students should conform to the characteristics of the big data era, use advanced information technology to improve management efficiency, and strive to achieve refined management goals. Based on the major colleges and universities, this paper aims to explore the improvement plan of college students’ honor management based on the fine management of enterprises under the background of big data. It uses literature review method, research method, action research method, object-oriented method and experimental method to analyze. This paper analyzed the current situation of colleges honor work management, summed up the problems existing in the honor management work, and constructed the workflow after the refined management of college students’ honor management.

Abstract:With the enlargement of postgraduate admission scale,postgraduate education has become the keystone of talent cultivation in our country.The process of cultivation is characterized by individual management of the supervisor.However,it has become evident that the management model of supervisor's responsibility can not satisfy the need of development,especially for the supervisors working in clinical schools who generally take on very important responsibilities of clinical practice,teaching and researching.How to ensure the quality of postgraduate cultivation? The authors deem that effective management functions as its premise and guarantee.As a clinical college of Peking University,the authors initially tried to establish longitudinal management system of postgraduate class in response to the reform of higher educational management system two years ago.Here these methods and experiences of the new management model are briefly described.
