Abstract:The general education of humanity education in universities mainly includes three aspects: educational basis,humanism and coherence.In order to promote the development of humanity education in universities,first,we should absorb the educational thought essence from ancient time to present,from China or from foreign countries,and use advanced teaching ideas to guide education reform and practice.Second,we should start from the training objectives and the reality of Chinese universities,with the broad and profound Chinese culture as the foundation,and construct the course system and educational mode of general education.The targets are focused on promoting the all-round development of human beings,cultivating people's cultural consciousness,and shaping common core values.The development direction of general education should be extended into four areas: broadness,depth,wholeness and great quantity.

Abstract:The essence of medical education is humanities quality education. Abstract:In the intellectual and information society, humanities and the idea of a modern university are inextricably linked. A university is supposed to assume the role of inheriting cultural tradition and criticizing the political, cultural and other aspects of society. To train a student is to promote his self-knowledge, self-perfection, and self-development. This is called "maturity" education, which is synonymous with broad-base education. It is primary, whereas specialized education is secondary. People may be selective in their acceptance of a certain culture, minor or mainstream, but a university must be receptive of different cultures and turn itself into a free-thinking land endowed with varied spiritual resources.

Abstract:Aesthetic education in contemporary university literature teaching is an important component of cultivating students' literary appreciation ability and aesthetic sense. Through the study of literary works, students can broaden their aesthetic horizons, understand the diversity of literature and how writers use language and expression forms to convey ideas and emotions. Aesthetic education not only helps to improve students' literary taste, but also promotes their critical thinking and cultural awareness. Therefore, contemporary university literature teaching should attach importance to aesthetic education and provide students with more in-depth literary experience and opportunities for reflection.

Abstract:Universities generally play a most important role in educating the students with both professional knowledge and literacy quality to make them talented people with innovation. However, it seems that the current students in the universities, especially in the colleges of science and engineering, didn't show the expected humanistic qualities sufficiently. This paper expounds the significance as well as the importance of humanistic quality education in Universities of science and engineering, and it puts forward some ways on how to carry out humanistic quality education.Zhou Yuanqing, the former Vice Minister of the department of education of China, pointed out that there would be no first-class university without humanities education. "We should understand the fundamental influence of national education on cultural heritage and innovation so that the university could become an important cradle of training a large number of highly qualified personnel who can pass down the culture with innovation effectively." At present, as far as the current situation of higher education in mainland China is concerned, the humanities quality education has not been paid enough attention in the higher education because of the one-sided emphasis on science and technology in most of the universities, which makes their students, especially science and engineering students, lack of humanistic quality. Lack of humanities quality seriously restricts the healthy growth and all-round development of college students, which is contrary to the objectives of college education. Thus, it is an urgent task for higher education to strengthen the humanistic quality education and improve the quality of personnel training.

Abstract:Carrying out medical humanities quality education in comprehensive colleges and universities has obvious advantages in multidisciplinary resources. This article combines the characteristics of a comprehensive university, from education concepts, and top-level design of goal design, strategic design, control and execution, teaching planning, etc., to propose a series of medical humanities construction plans that meet the characteristics of universities. Abstract:This paper puts forward three consciousnesses regarding the existing problems in humane education in universities and the trend of combining humane education with science education. The three consciousnesses are: moral consciousness, rational education and culture education. They mean to intensify the education of morals and values and combine moral ethics with concrete science and technology so as to overcome the separation of cultural knowledge from cultural personality; to advocate the independent thinking in natural and social sciences and to advance with the time; to bear in mind that the university is the researcher, spreader and creator of advanced culture. University culture should include the culture of science and technology, social and humane cultures. Humane education should be strengthened so that universities become the cultural centres of the society in their true sense.

Abstract:The holistic education is an idea which aims to cultivate harmonious human being.It tries to integrate personal knowledge from multiple dimensions of human being such as mind and body,intelligence,sensitivity,the sense of aesthetics,personal responsibility and the spiritual values.The holistic education is based on the theory of holism and the thought of humanism,advocating the idea of integration to deal with the relationship between human being and the nature,human being and realistic world,and bringing personal potential into play.John Miller regards balance,inclusiveness and connectedness as the three principles of holistic curriculum which provide us the way to understand holistic education.Both holistic curriculum and general education are the modes to cultivate harmonious undergraduates and improve the quality of culture diathesis of individuals,with integrated ideas to think over the curriculum system and integrate curriculum planning,objective,content,evaluation and management into the whole.Holistic curriculum can be realized through the following ways: public curriculum,general curriculum and academic activities or the activities after school,through class instruction and teaching approaches.Besides,the management is also very important.

Abstract:It has gradually become a consensus that people have realized the limitations and fragmentation of medical humanities,not only in the strategic action of “Healthy China”,the Health-centered direction,but also in the humanistic quality education for medical students.In this article,the overall healthy humanistic concept was devised,the “Five-Full” module,which means “full-man,full-aspect,full-course,full-time,and full-dimensional”,was brought forward,and an overall healthy humanities edu cation model is constructed based on the combination of liberal and professional education.In the overall healthy humanities education model,four modules (theory study basics,theory education and teaching,practical education and teaching,and assessment and evaluation) and six education and teaching carriers (life education,health literacy education,core humanities education,professional education,practical education,assessment and evaluation) are included.
