Abstract:Featured physical education is the newcontent of university physical education and reform nowadays. The lack of humanization and cultural blending,the single content,the unknown evaluation system and the weakness of teaching staff are all the problems of today's higher education institutions. According to this situation,the authors put forward a plan about the development of featured physical education. The first step is integrating the curricular resources and perfecting curriculum,forming the direction of the professional sports development,strengthening the general sports culture's development and the crossover of physical education and other subjects,and promoting the professional development of teaching staff. The second is building the people-oriented core value system from the two sides—the return to human and all-round development of human beings.

Abstract:In the world's largest higher-education system, constant improvement of quality is the lifeline of higher education, and it always runs through all kinds of works of the higher learning institutions, such as talent training, scientific research, social services, and cultural inheritance and innovation."Great Education Concept" of higher learning institutions is to put college students under the comprehensive social and school developmental environment and to take into account the multiple talent cultivation relations of society and family, society and school while making the external environment of teaching in class and extracurricular activities compatible.Implement integral measures for multiple cultivation of college student in morality, intelligence and sports, and continually provide socialist modernization construction with powerful talent guarantee and intellectual support.In order to improve education quality, to carry on sunshine sports and to enhance students' physical quality, there is a need of constant reform and innovation: improving the teaching evaluation system through "General Student Sports Level Standard"; promoting physical quality monitoring management through physical health management platform; improving physical health level through development of sports community; stressing on students' self education; paying attention to all-round development, and promoting development and prosperity of the university campus sport culture.To deepen sport reform in institutions of higher learning via the three means is an effective measure of physical education reform and development of higher learning institutions under the great education concept.

Abstract:With the combination of the methods of documentary analysis,investigation,and analysis,this paper reviewed the history of P.E.specialty in higher education in China and analyzed the current situation and existing problems.Furthermore,the innovation strategies were proposed.The results showed that although the current P.E.specialty setting and specialist cultivation mode contributed a lot to the development of P.E.in higher education,it fell behind the development of te society.It is essential to reform the structure of P.E.specialty and innovate the curriculum setting of P.E.specialty.According to the demand characteristics of P.E.experts which is required by Chinese society at the beginning of the 21st century.It is very necessary to create the four-year program and train all rounded students in P.E to meet the demands of the social development of the 21 century.

Abstract:In this study, an in-depth discussion was conducted on the current teaching situation of physical training courses in higher education, and a series of problems, such as the irrationality of curriculum design, the lack of site construction, the low overall quality of teachers’ team, the relative lag of teaching means and the singleness of teaching evaluation methods, were found. To solve the problems above, by combining the development trend of higher education in China and the characteristics of physical education, a series of development strategies and suggestions were proposed, including improving the curriculum, strengthening the construction of venues, improving the level of teachers, enriching teaching methods, and establishing a scientific evaluation system, aiming to improve the quality of physical training courses in higher education in an all-round way.

Abstract:This study used literature searches,interviews,onsite inspections,mathematical statistics,logical analy-sis,multidisciplinary teams and personnel training,to research the conditions of University Sports and analyze theproblems in College Sport Education. The study found confusion among supporting teachers due to the lack of stand-ardization in postgraduate training and a mismatch between modern scientific sports theory and current practice. Therelationship between contemporary university and college sports development is discussed with reference to socialbackground and course objectives. Suggested options to optimize the development of college sports include:reformingacademic methods of Sports Education,optimizing constructive goals of sports courses,restructuring academic organ-izations and personnel training,improving course structure and cultivating talented individuals. By incorporating sci-entific developments into the conventional way of thinking Chinese Physical Education can continue to develop suc-cessfully and grow sustainably into the future.
