Abstract:The development of the American Silicon Valley went through stages centered on defence products, integrate circuit, personal computer and internet respectively. Its key competitiveness lies in their minor business groups, unique culture, local network based industry structure and flat network organization pattern, which may contribute to the development of our high-tech zones with the following enlightenment: encourage the development of minor business groups, nurture business community culture, shape a network-typed industrial system and business organization, turn to research universities and scientific research institutions, optimize expertise in living and service infrastructure.
