Abstract:Silicon Valley is well known as the cradle and habitat of original innovative economy. There is an institution of supernormal tacit knowledge management system in Silicon Valley. Silicon Valley's induction mechanism keeps young people discovering supernormal tacit knowledge. Silicon Valley has persistence evaluation mechanism to supernormal tacit knowledge. Silicon Valley has a supernormal tacit knowledge-based competition and overtaking mechanism. Silicon Valley has the connotative organizational setup to promote cooperation among the owners of supernormal tacit knowledge.
