Abstract:The democratization of politics, ultimately manifested as the form of system civilization, is the essential and core content of political civilization. The degree and content of the political systemization basically decide how the political civilization develops, and the political system is the key support for the development. Instead of just selecting a system, the first step to build a political civilization is the development of political system on the basis of having chosen a political system. The political party is the key player of the political life, and the party system is the core content of the political system in a state. A mature party system constructs the political process and decides the orientation of political development. In the process of building the political system, there are not only grim challenges we will encounter, but also brighter chances for development we can grasp.
