On the Evolution of the Theory of Social Gradations in China's Theoretical Circles

Abstract:From the founding of New China,there exis ts in the study of the social gradations five stages; stage of class gradations from the founding of New China to 1957;stage of political g radations form 1957 to 1978;form 1978 to mid 80's,stage of falling ba ck form political gradations toobjective class structure;from mid 80 's to early 90's, staye of a heated discussion about the disparity betwee n the rich and the poor;from 90's to the present ,stage of a trend in di versity of analysis mode of China's social gradations study.
