Laboratory procedure and pilot-plant scale production of industrial manganese sulfate by wet-method reducing technique

Abstract:The production technic of industrial manganese sulfate reduced by wet method was investigated . Meanwhile, the reaction conditions and effect factors were discussed . Since a critical improvement was adopted by catalytic oxidation of Fenton reagent in the post-stage of reduction, the utilization ratio of Mn in pyrolusite was increased from 83% up to 92%. It is a novel production technic of industrial manganese sulfate with prospective application.
