Abstract:In this paper, we study the Liouville type theorems of the MHD (magnetohydrodynamics) equation and Hall-MHD equation in three-dimensional steady states. In the framework of local Morrey space, we overcome the estimations of the pressure term with an infinite energy solution and obtain some sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence of a unique trivial solution for these two kinds of systems. Then, by using the embedding relations between the Lorentz spaces and local Morrey spaces, we give the Liouville type theorems for the two kinds of systems in the Lorentz spaces. The obtained results do not need the condition of finite Dirichlet integral, and hence generalize and improve some existing results about the two kinds of systems in the framework of Lebesgue space.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate Liouville type theorems for the three-dimensional steady-state MHD or Hall-MHD system under some asymptotic assumptions at infinity. Firstly, for the Hall-MHD system we obtain that $u$ and $B$ are constant vectors for any fluid viscosity, magnetic resistivity or Hall-coefficient when the magnetic field $B$ tends to a non-zero constant vector at infinity while the velocity field $u$ tends to $0$. Secondly, it also follows that $u$ and $B$ are constant for the Hall-MHD system when the velocity field tends to a constant vector at infinity while the magnetic field tends to $0$ without any assumptions on viscosity, magnetic resistivity or Hall-coefficient. One main difficulty lies in the Hall term, and we obtain the $L^p$ estimates of a generalized Oseen system with some supercritical terms via Lizorkin's theory and prove that the operator is stable by exploring Kato's stability theorem. Moreover, some similar results for the degenerate fluid viscosity or magnetic resistivity for the MHD system are also obtained, which is independent of interest.

Abstract:This paper is concerned with the Liouville type theorems for the steady incompressible magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) equations. We establish that the solution to the steady MHD equations is identically zero under the integrability assumptions on (v, b). We show that, in particular, a combination of a strong integrability condition on the velocity of a fluid and a weak integrability condition on the magnetic field gives a sufficient condition on the Liouville type theorems. Furthermore, we show that the combination of the growth condition of the potential for the fluid velocity and the integrability condition for the magnetic field leads to the triviality of the solution.

Abstract: In this paper, we study the Liouville--type theorems for three--dimensional stationary incompressible MHD and Hall--MHD systems in a slab with periodic boundary condition. We show that, under the assumptions that $(u^\theta,b^\theta)$ or $(u^r,b^r)$ is axisymmetric, or $(ru^r,rb^r)$ is bounded, any smooth bounded solution to the MHD or Hall--MHD system with local Dirichlet integral growing as an arbitrary power function must be constant. This hugely improves the result of \cite[Theorem 1.2]{pan2021Liouville}, where the Dirichlet integral of $\mathbf{u}$ is assumed to be finite. Motivated by \cite[Bang--Gui--Wang--Xie, 2022, {\it arXiv:2205.13259}]{bang2022Liouvilletype}, our proof relies on establishing Saint--Venant's estimates associated with our problem, and the result in the current paper extends that for stationary Navier--Stokes equations shown by \cite{bang2022Liouvilletype} to MHD and Hall--MHD equations. To achieve this, more intricate estimates are needed to handle the terms involving $\mathbf{b}$ properly.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the Liouville-type theorems for three-dimensional stationary incompressible MHD and Hall-MHD systems in a slab with periodic boundary condition. Abstract:In this paper, we consider the regularity of weak solutions to the 3D magneto‐micropolar fluid equations. It is shown that if the velocity field or pressure belongs to some Lorentz spaces in both time and spatial directions, then the weak solutions are regular on[0, T]. In particular, we also obtain regularity criteria for the micropolar fluid equations and the MHD equations, respectively. Our results extend and generalize previous results.

Abstract:In this paper we prove some Liouville-type theorems for the stationary magneto-micropolar fluids under suitable conditions in three space dimensions. We first prove that the solutions are trivial under the assumption of certain growth conditions for the mean oscillations of the potentials. And then we show similar results assuming that the the solutions are contained in $L^p(\mathbb{R}^3)$ with $p\in[2,9/2)$. Finally we show the same result for lower values of $p\in[1,9/4)$ with the further assumption that the solutions vanish at infinity.

When the horizontal angular component of the velocity belongs to some Lorentz spaces, then strong solutions to this system can be smoothly extended beyond the possible blow-up time T . Abstract:We establish a Liouville-type theorem for the elliptic and incompressible Magnetic-Bénard system defined over the entire three-dimensional space. Specifically, we demonstrate the uniqueness of trivial solutions under the condition that they belong to certain local Morrey spaces. Our results generalize in two key directions: firstly, the Magnetic-Bénard system encompasses other significant coupled systems for which the Liouville problem has not been previously studied, including the Boussinesq system, the MHD-Boussinesq system, and the Bénard system. Secondly, by employing local Morrey spaces, our theorem applies to Lebesgue spaces, Lorentz spaces, Morrey spaces, and certain weighted-Lebesgue spaces.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the partial regularity of the solutions for the three-dimensional Boussinesq equations. We first prove a criterion of local Hölder continuous of the suitable weak solutions of the Boussinesq equations, and show that one-dimensional Hausdorff measure of the singular point set is zero. Secondly, we present a local uniform gradient estimate on the suitable weak solutions and assert that the local behavior of the solution can be dominated by some scaled quantities, such as the scaled local L3-norm of the velocity. Besides, when the initial data v0 and θ0 decay sufficiently rapidly at ∞, the distribution of the regular point set of the suitable weak solutions is also considered. Based on it, one can find that MHD equations are more similar to Navier–Stokes equations than Boussinesq equations. Finally, we give a local regularity criterion of the suitable weak solutions near the boundary.
